I think if we do that we are too hard on them. They might understand the project but not the innermost ideas. We might misinterpreted the things we read. Maybe they are talking some other thing. The project ideas are planned. Next things what did I said.

Its project has its own way to go and the team has its own idea on how to handle it. But this project says how the mining process and what would be the improvement works.
