What I mean is, even though it's installed when I go to localhost/minera I get an unable to connect page. Never prompted for a password. Currently searching for a HDMI cable so I can see what my Pis IP address, installed the image on there since the one on my Xubuntu install isnt functional.

Ive been using the Genesis Hive for my small GPU farm, but I've got so many servers just lying around that ive thrown CPUminer onto a couple racks. I need some sort of management software for the servers and was wondering if Minera is for me. Ive got it "installed" right now but I cannot access the web portal @ myIPaddress/minera. Looking for a little instruction as to how to get this going, or at least point me at the best monitoring software for CPUs

when i try cpuminer i get the following:
The weird thing is i tried the miner over at a friends house and it worked :S Could it be that my Pi 3 USB's are sort of broken? since its not seeing the Gridseed Blade. :S any way to test this? Or any other ideas?
Could it be that my router is blocking something? or something else in my network? i used my pi 1 to test if that works but it comes with the same errors :S

So i re installed everything checked all cables and my home network and still no luck. Even got a powered USB hub. I even imported a working config from a friend of mine that has the same hardware. Still no luck, got a different log tho, maybe someone can shed some light on this? The Pools work over at my friends house so i dont think its that, i get no devices enabled over at my place.

when i try cpuminer i get the following:
The weird thing is i tried the miner over at a friends house and it worked :S Could it be that my Pi 3 USB's are sort of broken? since its not seeing the Gridseed Blade. :S any way to test this? Or any other ideas?
Could it be that my router is blocking something? or something else in my network? i used my pi 1 to test if that works but it comes with the same errors :S

I found that cpuminer was the best to use for my Gridseed Blades. It seemed as though the others didn't recognize them for some reason. To date mine have been running perfectly. I would give that a try and see what you get.

Thanks for the reply, yes i tried like 6 different pools/coins. Even the donation pool that comes with Minera gives me the same readout.
But shouldn't the miner at least be seen on the dashboard? My Gridseed doesn't pop up, just says "no device detected".
Tried a different power supply for both the Pi 3 and the Gridseed.
Tried a different SD for the pi 3 and even switcht the usb cables around, no hub to just directly in the pi 3.
Also did a full new installation and directly after that upgraded everything via the console.

Hi there, im new to Minera.
Got it working yesterday, but after a reboot i keep getting: "Saving data, please wait..." pop up.
"Page will automatically reload as soon as the process terminate."
This doesn't go away, kept going like this after several reboots.
It happens everytime i click save or save & restart miner.
Can anyone help me here? let me know if you guys and gals need more info. all help is appreciated.

i did but just to be sure i formatted the sd card and reinstalled the image for my pi 3.
Now it saves the settings, but now i have a new problem. I tried a few different pools for various coins but i cant seem to get my device working (gridseed blade).

It seems a pool problem, did you try another pool just to be sure everything works?

Im new to all this computers in general. I put the minera image on SD card for my pi and went to http://192.168.0.113/minera with chromium browser and cannot connect?
Did you install the image correctly flushing the SD card?
Can you see the RPI is running?
Do you mean flushing or flashing?

"Page will automatically reload as soon as the process terminate."
This doesn't go away, kept going like this after several reboots.
It happens everytime i click save or save & restart miner.
Can anyone help me here? let me know if you guys and gals need more info. all help is appreciated.

Check you have free disk space
i did but just to be sure i formatted the sd card and reinstalled the image for my pi 3.
Now it saves the settings, but now i have a new problem. I tried a few different pools for various coins but i cant seem to get my device working (gridseed blade).
It isn't showing up in Minera.

minera keeps self destructing..
ive had minera on a rpi for over a year now.. its running a custom version of BFGminer mining litecoin with 8 futurebit moonlander usb sticks. its been running pretty decently until a couple months ago..
now for some reason, after a awhile, it completely stops responding.. the ui shows the miner is still running, but its not how it usually is, where it says bfgminer-futurbit online, it just says miner online with a green dot, and it says there are no devices found under local devices.. if you try to restart the miner nothing happens.. the graphs dont update.. and the gear icon at the top is constantly spinning, even if i "unlock it"
the only fix is to reinstall minera.. but its a temporary one.

Probably there could be a bug there, someone in th epast told me something about this. I should check.
