I don't know why you write this, but comparing the price of Minexcoin to the whole market you will see that it is doing better than 70% of the coins on the market, there are see ICO that have lost like 90% of their ICO price this year alone
If the deadlines of cards deliveries will be respected, as it seems, Minexcoin will gain a huge competitive advantage towards other projects struggling to impose theirselves in the crypto-to-fiat business.

How does that aml/cft checking looks like? Do we need to send something again or our sending of documents is over?

Basically this process looks like checking your name in databases to make sure you are not connected with AML/CFT.
After KYC there is AML/CFT checking (https://www.imf.org/external/np/leg/amlcft/eng/). Afterwards the card is being issued and your name embossed. Then cards are being sent. Estimated time to start this process - September 2018.

Precisely, who is in the Bitcoin world, but for normal people it is also difficult to use PayPal, let alone the crypts. I think another main problem for any crypto to be accepted in mass by ordinary people is to give a good a legitimate reason as to why they should use USD to buy a crypto for purchases instead of just using their USD to make purchases.
Why would anyone go an extra step and use crypto for buying goods instead of their native currency? Their has to be big incentive to do so.
For me the cryptocurrencies are good for online service because you haven't to share your personal data and credit card numbers, it's more quickly and secure for privacy...i think in the future all the national currencies will go with blockchain, making credit cards useless.
For some web projects it's more simple have one single currency, instead various different, so depend on the project. When the national currencies will go on blockchain the swap with other digital coins will be very simple .... so we will not worry too much if a site uses Bananacoin or another.
An example in the sale and purchase of digital services and goods between third parties.
Using a digital currency would simplify the whole management and billing process:
- Person A sells a service on site B
- Person C purchases the service on site B
- site B retains a part per se
- when the service is disbursed, the remaining part will be transferred to the Person A who performed the service
- person A can immediately use his digital currency, perhaps using Minexpay card
in this way services like Uber or similar could work, I buy 1000 Ubercoin, the trend will be of little interest to me if I have decided to buy them to exploit the service. With the example shown above at the end of the race the driver will receive his part .... all without the mediation of a bank.
