KYC sending docs to people I do not know is not making me feel confident.
This is how all banks works.

I know but the bank is not located in my country. I know how rules and law work in my country not in country where the Minex is based.

Please explain what services are available without KYC/AML sending ID?

KYC = verified Smiley.

By the way, can one make SEPA-transfers with the card through the Minexpay website, meaning can one pay for ex. paper bills that requite SEPA-transfer?
No, you can not.

Which countries will receive the cards first?
It all depends on the queue. Who first bought it, the first will get it.

So EU, Asia, N. America, S. America, Africa all those partnerships with local VISA teams have been made?
MNX like crypto currency does not have any agreement with VISA, but they are bought own bank and that bank will have all that agreements. And it is one VISA system worldwide, I think.

Which bank do the Minexcoin team own?

When Tenx got in to trouble it was because their VISA partner was in breach of agreement with VISA. They were issuing cards worldwide when they should have region by region agreement.
That's why Minexsystems bought own bank(no data was disclosed about bank), to prevent all mistakes from partners side. That will be standard bank and their cards will be accepted everywhere where is VISA sing.
That's interesting news I know. Minexcoin Platform is very easy and safe to store and get a staking rewards from minexbank and now we can see another tool called minexpay for visa cards to make payments as a traditional bank and That's a different point compared with another coins.

Just saw my cashback to my minexpay dashboard. That was really fast. Also the KYC is smooth. I sent out my Personal Government ID and Bank statement. Is bank statement enough for confirming the proof of address? Would they require a utility bill instead? Have some utility bills but the address is different because we got like 2 house from 2 different cities.
I think this should be enough.
In any case, try.

Hello, I'm told that minexcoin is a potential coin and I'm interested in buying some minexcoin. Is there really a debit card launched by minexcoin?
Hello,
Thank you for your support.
Yes. The activation period for MinexPay will begin in late August — early September.
