There are Trojans out there that install a miner on your computer and start mining with your CPU without you noticing.
The Minexcoin Wallet HAS A MINER and you know that and should be OK with that, is the point to install it isn't it?
That means that even when it includes a miner, it is not a virus and should include into the antivirus exceptions

Also I think "bitcoinMiner" is a generic warning for all coins miner, and MNX core include its own miner.

The thing which is strange is that there is a file in src with a bitcoinminer https://github.com/minexcoin/minexcoin/blob/master/src/miner.cpp (specified in comment)
I specify I don't understand cpp code, so I just figure this out, but I can't say anything about it.
