i followed the guide to mine Minexcoin.
However, after a while there are error messages displayed:
error: couldn't connect to server: timeout reached (code 0)
(make sure server is running and you are connecting to the correct RPC port)
It seems the client is still using CPU as before the error.
This happens once per started "start /B minexcoin-cli.exe generate 1".
Can this error message be ignored or not?

Does that mean that every time a block was found by someone or the mining process(network) got disconnected i must restart the miner?

No, you mustn't. Look at your CPU loading. If it will decrease, than start mining command until loading grow up to previous state.
