That's the way ponzis work, no deposits are coming in so this round may pick up again before the restart, if not, the trick is to deposit very early in each round for the best chance of getting your BTCBTCBTC back

That depends when we receive the transaction (as it hasn’t reached our wallet either yet).

If it appears during round #3 it will be added to round #3, however if it appears during a later round; round #4 for example, it would be added to that round.

Sorry I cant be much help in this case, its a problem out of my control.

No, when you send or receive bitcoins that transaction has an ID associated with it. We use that to index all payments so we need that to identify what is happening if you think there is a problem.
