No one cares about our children apart from ourselves as parents. And does the government care enough about children as the nation's successors? Not really and who knows how many small children are neglected and live on the streets as homeless people. And or does a teacher as a second parent at school care enough about our children? It doesn't seem like it, because when there is a problem they return it to their parents so that they can guide and develop them.

However and no matter how busy we are, our children and their future are still part of our responsibility as parents. So, take as much time as possible to participate in educating and providing understanding to children, especially in moral education, mentality, ethics and good understanding. Not really, in a perfect world this will be the case but we are not living in such a world, and if that happens with such important crimes then it is to be expected that lesser crimes and offenses have an even lower resolution rate.

Having age limits is fine and a good step in keeping underage kids from indulging in adult activities but how well is the enforcement of such rules? There are underage kids who gamble as well as other adult activities as kids would always look for an avenue to do what they want.

We all have a part to play in enforcement of such rules and should deter such behavior whenever possible. Parents should be more aware of any change in their children’s behaviors and actions and nip in the bud, any potentially harmful behavior.

There isn't much difference between the ages of 18 and 21, the real point to note is that children below the age of 18 are also found guilty of gambling. How is it possible that kids aged 16 or below are accessing gambling sites, having the money to gamble and also bypassing the KYC requirements?
