i think you should always start trading from a low amount, as you will have no experience in trading therefore if you will invest a small amount, you will not e so much worry about your investment and the second is that you will get some experience.
Yep, that's the point there .you got it right ,you will need first the learnings from your mistakes so that minimal amount is not frustrating at all if you lose ,the point is you use that amount to start to earn and to learn .there's a quotations 'learn before you earn '.
Trading isn't about how big you will spend its all experiences you've taken and the skills you will applied.
If you can join a signature campaign the better, there is less or no risk at all because you do not get a money from your pocket instead you earn it by working and that amount is already a good start for trading and who knows if you can grow that amount and make fortune on it, everything is possible.

i think it depend on the place where you want to invest for trading, if you are trading a very very cheap coin then you do not need a big amount to invest, you can trade a good amount of that currency with a very little investment.

True and dont put everything in just one crypto. Although we know we will gain a lot more if we stay and put a huge amount in just one investment the risk also there is a lot higher. So I would prefer scattering my bitcoin to different ones.

You can start with 0.01, that is a good amount to start trading so you will not be able to lose big in case you are not successful at first try, but of course you need to be aware that knowledge is important to succeed.
if you have a lots of time that amount yes can be use for starting trading but expect that it would take more time to grow as trading is a time consuming business.

It will take time if you select those shitty coins to buy but actually you can make some profits with it even though you start at small capital, and try to look up for xaur that coin is very movy at this moment and we really earn by the pump and dump scheme.of this coin since the dev are really pumping this coin so it well be more appealing to traders, and so better try to track that coin to earn eventhough your budget is small.

I agree with you xaur is  a good altcoin since its price does move  always  and which traders would  love to trade this kind of  coin. You are right there are some coins which are actually a waste of time some may  pump once and  dump forever. You could actually start into alt trading with a small amounts as long   you sustain and  maintain to get profit even on small amounts atleast in constant way.

Because xaur is manipulated thats why the price is really healthy moving and that is good for trade since many people can earn money for this thing, but we should find some good alternatives like xhi and some alts who's good for its flactuation so we can earn more money if we can have more choices upon those alts we want to buy and for that we can start even small and its up to us on what we would like to buy and whay altcoins we want to trade.

I would say that 0.5 is really good to start trading and it's also more than what you need for learning. You can start learning of trading with only 0.01. With this amount of money, you will make your skills better and you'll earn and analyze trading and time when to buy and when to sell. We can say that trading is almost based on lucky and that's true because we can't control currency and we depend on time to buy it and sell with profit for us. When you aknowledge that you know something and you can trade, than start with 0.5 and if time gives you a chance, than grow bet money and profit. The more you invest, the more your profit will be but remeber that there are always risks.

I will be using LocalBitcoins, if I have 0.5 BTC I can sell up to 85% of that in my own advert then the rest on another person's advert. Is there a way to make a profit this way? Or is 0.5 simply not enough to start with?
it is not a less amount of btc to start trading . it is enough to start . when i had started the trading then i holded only 0.19btc but i doubled my btc in one month with my hard work . if you will hard work then surely you will make a more profit with 0.5 btc . best of luck .

0.5 is enough for trading. Basicly 0.1 more than enough to start trading with short or long term strategy. But if you want to get huge profit with a litte stake, i feel you must increase your btc.
Even a small amount is like 0.05 is enough to trade if you know how to trade im sure making a profit with a small amount is easy to make it 1 btc. depends how you analyse altcoin..
trading has high risk but if you learn first and study it first you can be have a strategy to make a profit..

Yes we could start with .5 but still I will just use .1 from it. Just for safety firat, I would like to see what could happen with it. Search the unknown or invest in really new altcoins. Sure they have a lot of risk but what if it made succeess then we risked something that made us a lot of income also.

You need at least 3-5 dollars to try and make any sort of money trading. Otherwise your profits will be lost in withdrawal fees from your exchange. There is no point celebrating a profit of a few cents, although if you want cheap experience you can try depositing a small amount and making trades just to see how many you can make profit on.
Maybe I’m a little too old fashioned but if you are going to invest so little wouldn’t be better to just write down in a notebook the moves that you would do and then write down your hypothetical earnings/loses.

starting from a very small amount is good for those that like everything to be perfect and as safe as possible before getting their feet wet.
i am one of these people Wink
i started watching the market first without doing any actual trade then ran some numbers inside of an excel sheet.
then i invested a very small amount and started trading with that and at first i only used the profit as my total bankroll and then after some time passed i invested real money but still small and grew it over time.

I would get atleast half a bitcoin to start trading right now because if you have half a bitcoin and you trade with very small amounts then you have alot of room for error which is good.
If you start with less then you can lose everything very quickly leaving you no time to practice.

0.5 BTC is enough to start trading, but if you olny have 0.5 btc prefer not to spend all your btc to start trading you can start with 0.1 btc cause trading is not easy to predict you can get profit or lose, so rest of your btc can you make to start trading again if you get lose with first trading
That is already a big amount of money if you are just newbie in trading, you can always start even at 0.01 BTC because you are not good yet and you are on your way to learn the lessons base on your experience, at least when you lose as expected you can easily recover.
That's right it is so frustrating if you lose that big amount i was frustrated when i lose about 0.1 so i rest from trading  . That 0.5 is to much especially for the beginners ,most people have no 0.5 in starting to trade at all 0.0001 to 0.01 is my recommended starting to my friends or who's any one who will ask me .because even buying and selling at first time others are complicating about what they will do .how to find that coin .wallet depesit address and many more . They will need to understand first what move how to set buy and set sell  and the basics of trading .
