I will be seriously interested in using my phone to mine coins and make money through it. I have tried to go through comment people are making on this thread but no one provide a good link or how we can actually mining coins through android or iOS application.

I tried it once but I think it does not work, it works actually but you can't get anything from mining on phone. Maybe if you exploit many phones' power, then you get something in the long term.

Dude, I'd be all over a coin like that, except I have a very strong feeling that the altcoin market right now is as saturated as it gets.  But I'm yhe kind of person who's so addicted to crypto that I still use faucets even though I know they're a waste of time.  But if I could mine an altcoin while I'm at work and have access to wifi?  Hell yes I'd do it.  Too bad you can't do that with bitcoin or some of the bigger name altcoins, like doge.  I'd be mining in a heartbeat.

Yes I am interested but it must be profitable considering the cost of mobile phone and internet connection.

You can use the freebitco.in browser mining on your mobile phone to do mining, however it is not good for your battery and the rewards are very low, so I don't use and I am not interested in mining on mobile phones

Would you be interested in a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain that can easily be mined on both android and iOS phones?
No, that means I have to buy my cellphone more frequently  that before. Also means the battery is not enough for me to use .

This is the reason for which I just do not even think of mining on mobile, computer etc. The usage, power etc for such things is not perfectly fit and must be avoided. Because there would be hardly anything in return you will get it as against the time and money you would be investing like mobile phone continuously charging, its life will become smaller as compared to normal use.

And if there could be and i think it is more convinient but the bad effect is on your phone if it can to mine but i think too that it is not ok just because of the battery life of all phone even that is a high tech phone but as long as there is no application applicable on it so cant be.

waste time. dont try this even u have 100 smartphone. your profit < your electric bill

that's not necessarily true if the right protocol were developed it's entirely possible to do without necessarily having a ridiculous power bill behind it, in my opinion the problem more comes about through scalability, it would work at first but very quickly the network would become too powerful to sustain itself I mean how easy is it for any kid with a smartphone to see the words free money and install an app? in truth even Bitcoin couldn't handle this type of Rapid scalability no matter how much we all want it to be able to scale like that.

Mining on a mobile phone would be a good project, and would be something I would invest in.However it's just not feasible at the time due to the constraints of a mobile phone. I think in the future it there will be a project that truly allows us to be able to mine on the mobile phone.

the main issue with this concept is scalability, at the end of the day there's a lot more smartphone users and people willing to dedicate their resources to a network like this then there are miners or even bots on a botnet for mining... unless you leave the difficulty set in a way where it doesn't retarget (which would be very bad economically for the coin) it would never scale due to the rapid use of the network the only person who would profit in the end is the largest coin holders at the end of the retarget that finally makes it no longer viable for a smartphone to mine.

Well the idea looks great but I don't know how it could work. Most people uses smartphones, but they are not that great. They don't have that much processing power, they go out of battery way to soon if you actually give them use, and internet it still to expensive unless you have access to WIFI.
I don't know how a mobile miner would make a phone completely useless from a mobility point of view (I guess that you would probably have to leave it at home, plugged to some wall and using wifi)

Its defintely not recommended to mine on Mobile, Coz of heating and chances are of blasting, they are not built for mining, since many system apps running simultaneously and so risk is more of damage rather than earning. also its not profitable.

Mining on mobile phone it seems like a good idea, but the question is will the mobile phone will really mine bitcoin. Because I remember when I tried that before in my mobile phone where I downloaded an application a kind of altcoin mining which is ETH it will shows only that its mining but you cannot able to withdraw it, there is a condition requirements first for you to withdraw it.

well actually there is a mining app for mobile devices called "Minergate". Well actually it's not that profitable to be honest. But, yea it may depend on the mining dificulty of that specific coin. Me personaly im mining bytecoin with 14-30 Mgh/s wirh my Samsung note 4. I would say again. It's not that profitable.
