Updated! Thanks guys for keeping the information coming. By the way, I try to update this thing once a week, so don't get too concerned if a few days go by and you don't your info updated yet! 
It's possible to request full-precision payment from deepbit pool via "instant payment" function.
What about on automatic payout? Does it send the exact precision out that you enter?I can't know what bitcoin software is installed on user's PC, so I won't enable full-precision payments automatically for everyone. If some user wants it, he can just click the request button on the site.
And .XX payment looks better in the table :))
