You do have a good point. Thanks for your suggestion. We'll discuss this internally and see if there's anything we want to offer in addition to the email address. We'll keep you guys posted.
I hope you get the time to do that or something. It could probably make it easier for the developers as well to check how the website is performing. Good luck with that agenda.

I am looking forward to the future implementations of features, games, etc. Good luck.

In the short term, sending an e-mail to [email protected], posting here in this thread, or writing in TG in the channel or to an admin is the best way to go about this. In the future, we will have a dedicated forum for MintDice, but along with many other projects, it will come with time. The forum will of course contain a suggestions/feedback subsection.

About 2 weeks ago, i made a remark about the pending withdrawals...
Would be very awesome it the automatic withdrawals are rolled out. I used the website last week and my withdraw was pending for almost 2 hours without any approval.

And i would like to confirm that the withdrawals seem to be now automated and are a lot quicker  Smiley
Thank you MintDice for listening to your customer's complaints and working on the problem swiftly. All I can wish you is a prosperous growth of your business.

Cheers.

May you guys drop some feedback according withdrawal-time?

I would like to throw my only concern with Mintdice (so far) into the ring to:

Withdrawal fees between 0.0002 BTC (as the lowest) and 0.0004 BTC (as the fastest) are not a hell of costs, but considering BTC will rise to 100,000$ one day we are speaking about $20, $32 and $40 as of now Cheesy

Just joking, but considering the real transaction-costs, even while chosing the slowest options on the BTC-chain, I would be happy to see a lower fee than 0.0002 BTC/transaction and would imagine more "smaller stake-users" would join and try your service and possibly convert to long-term-users.

e.g. somebody that wants to try it with $20 might avoid doing so as long as the w/d-fee is 10% of that.

The withdrawal fees we use are set to a protocol which are theoretically supposed to adjust automatically but in practice do not adjust often. One would hope that if the price of Bitcoin were to 10x that they would adjust downwards in price automatically. If they don't, we would just have to do something manually. If things continue working smoothly, we may drop withdrawal fees some more but we do not consider this a big issue any more as more than enough people have said that it is fine for the time being. Our intention is not to make money off of withdrawal fees (and we do not).

Sending an email shouldn't be something hidden unless you want to get a response, I mean you can go to 10 minute mail and take a mail from there and send it to them in suggestions and they could just respond but you won't be there when they do, what this does is that it gets your suggestion in the hands of the mintdice team but you will not be able to talk with them, otherwise there is really no point on not giving your email address which is literally the bare minimum you can do to keep in touch with someone.

You can just open a new email from any mail provider and send a message just for this purposes. I am not saying any other option is useless, you can have more options but email seems like the bare minimum you can do if you are going to just give a suggestion.

I found in their FAQ an email that is to be used for suggestions and feedback (under the "TELL US HOW WE'RE DOING").
You can contact them on: [email protected]

But for technical issues use: [email protected]
Thanks for that @RivAngE. I didn't think to check the FAQ first.

I think it's pretty standard to have those contact emails. Personally, I don't like to use my email just to say or report that there could be a possible bug fix in a certain part of the site. Maybe having a Discord or something where people could also hangout then just tag it as a bug fix or something, and it's grouped so it's organized. There's already a Telegram group but I don't think it's good to flood #bugfix in there (with screenshots) etc.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
Regarding all the complaints, suggestions, etc. Is there a way to report all the problems that are being encountered on the site? I might have missed an announcement or a post like that, but I would love to help in any way. I loved using the site but noticed some parts of the graphical errors encountered and possible bugs that are needed to be ironed out. I have met a number of these while I was playing and it annoyed me a little.

Maybe there could be a dedicated room or forum that I'm not aware of or something. Implementing something like reports on the website would be very useful for the improvement of the site.

Temporary forum vacation
Just wanted to say something to the guys all commenting above.
I started out at this site from the beginning and I have to say that they will fix these issues. I believe the idea was to give something very different to what was all existing before especially for dice.

But to MintDice yes, please make FAQ more visible and in detail. Old request;)

I'm really finding the site hard to use , just registered and wanted to check how the investments are doing  but I couldn't find what I'm looking for
was able to find the investing page and faq but couldn't find anything related to the current stats and how big the bankroll is atm , any idea where I can find these info ?

This is true, I also had a problem finding my balance and their value in USD and how to deposit/withdraw in the beginning.
Eventually people figure it out if they are patient enough, but the issue is that not everyone is patient and this will result in people abandoning the platform early.
The first times you are using a website is always the hardest, unless it is done by a great UX designer, there is always hard time figuring out where is what. After awhile you get used to where things are and it becomes something quite easy and you get used to it. You just have to give it some time and that is how you get a lot more fun out of playing anywhere.

It is not about just here, it is about everywhere, you can pick up the biggest casino in crypto world (stake is my number one in wagered but maybe I am wrong) and if you never been there before then you will have hard time figuring it out, so it is not just one website deal. However with some better UX design this could definitely get better as well, it still won't be super easy for newcomers but it could be easier than this.

Along with our mobile implementation, it will come at nearly the exact time with a UX improvement that should make things look better and also be more intuitive at the same time. It's a big project on it's own dealing with mobile but there's more to it, which includes UX and a front page re-do so we can scale to include our new projects coming soon enough.

As you say though, we could have the best UX in the world, it will still take some amount of effort to understand where things are initially if you are not used to it. There's many trade-offs to make.

There is always a strategy for gambling, including the betting amount which typically varies from person to person due to their individual capital
This isn't the right thread for talking bout strtegies, and besides strategies for what? AFAIK these strategies only pressumesnthat you could win better with it, but not really.

And as for the betting amount I really can't call that as one of the strategies that you're talking about. Anyways, this isn't the time discussing anything here.

I would highly suggest people to just bet small amounts right after a big win and than keep increasing that amount the more it stays under 2, eventually you will hit a high wagered but than there will be a huge win as well which would recover all of it.

Well maybe that is your best strategy, but here many gamblers have their respective strategies which may be more profitable. I myself like your suggestion not to bet big amount after winning, so far I will return initial amount after big win. The strategy that I run is almost similar to Martingale, but initial amount bet starts below 1.

Seems like it works for me? It is once again not making big runs that frequently but it at least runs Cheesy.

This is more like many many MANY under 2 results and than one day its like 100, so instead of having multiple smaller bigger wins, it basically gives you tiny wins (or losses) plenty of times and than one big win. It is like playing on dice for x10 odds, yeah you will probably not win many times but when you do its 10x of your bet so you end up not losing your bankroll that quickly if you are careful.

I would highly suggest people to just bet small amounts right after a big win and than keep increasing that amount the more it stays under 2, eventually you will hit a high wagered but than there will be a huge win as well which would recover all of it.

AFAIK,  there wasn't an info like that on MintDice that can be publicly viewed, you can make a request I think. (Not all Gambling Sites does have that info on public.)

you sure about it ? that's really bad if it's true , and BTW all gambling websites who have public investments offer these details
people who want to invest need to know how the site is doing , they have all the rights to know how big the bankroll is and what's the wagering stats since investing in a site with large bankroll and small volume doesn't make sense at all

I still feel that this info is available since it should be available and there is no reason to hide it , somehow I'm still not able to find the stats

I won't invest in any site without seeing the bankroll of the site itself. But for other sites without the investment option I don't expect they have share information about their bankroll.

Its depends on the site. Large and old sites like FortuneJack, PrimeDice, Bitsler have been around for a very long time and gained a reputation that they don't need to publicility display their bankroll to prove solvency. And these days almost nobody would ask for proof of funds since they all have a good track record.

If there is a new site which is launched and unless its backed by some famous gambling site (For example Stake.com which is owned by Primedice.com) then proof of bankroll is a must. Because there are many sites which are launched and have very little bankroll that what can happen is some gambler can get lucky and win a balance that the site doesn't own. And if a withdraw is attempted it will fail, or worse the withdraw can go thru but it will lead to all the other gamblers balances being insolvent. Hence most new sites should post bankroll if they want to be taken as a legitimate organization.

I'm sorry Bit.Rocket was on pause. Thanks for notifying me. This happens a lot for no good reason honestly, I'm trying to either get this fixed or make sure it happens much less often. Hopefully both.

Either way, I set it to run again now Smiley Good luck if you try it out.

Currently, BitRocket is still paused, which is very sad for me. For the past three days I have been trying to play, but a yellow warning sign still appears. Hope this gets fixed soon.  I want to see the flight to Mars again, it was an exciting experience.

There is another aspect that interests me. Most of the time I spend with a mobile phone, but some games are still not optimized for android. When should we expect the mobile version? Although the PC version is fine, everything runs smoothly.

I did not check the rocket game few hours ago, just checked it now as well as played few bets and it is working fine. It seems that it is fixed again after your post.
All games are indeed unavailable on mobile browser atm but I'm sure they are working on it although I'm not really sure if it is one of their main focus now. I would suggest to play on PC version instead of mobile even if there will be mobile version especially if you are dealing with real big money.

A very large portion of our development talent has been going towards mobile compatibility but as I said recently, it is a monstrous project, but good progress is being made. Conservatively, I'd hope this is done before the end of the year, but hopefully sooner than that.

Bit.Rocket should be working fine on PC now.

We are currently working on the mobile versions of our games. Currently only Dice works on mobile. The next mobile version we'll launch is in fact Bit.Rocket Smiley
It's planned to be launched soon. We are working hard but these things take a lot of time. Make sure you stay tuned though! Smiley
