You do have a good point. Thanks for your suggestion. We'll discuss this internally and see if there's anything we want to offer in addition to the email address. We'll keep you guys posted.
I haven't contacted your support staff yet so I am not sure if you guys have a support ticket portal for any support that may be required by your users. If email is the only way of communication then there is nothing wrong with that however it will be an issue when you guys become larger.
Reason why is because its VERY difficult to track progress of a support inquiry by email. You will lose track very easily if you reach the point of 10 open support issues. So right now since you are small and don't get as much support requests its fine but in the future to keep your support response time quick you should look into some ticket support engine. Shouldn't be too hard to set up.
We have portals set up but aren't using them right now. All support e-mails get handled by our top level staff for a few reasons: We don't have too many requests so we can deal with them, we want to know what the issues are so we can fix them quickly, we want to know what types of problems exist so we can create efficient customer support later when it's an issue.
For the time being, the vast majority of "support" e-mails (80-90%) are people e-mailing us with their services wanting money from us. They largely get ignored except in the cases where I/we would have written to them anyway. And deleting spam isn't a big deal for the time being
About 2 weeks ago, i made a remark about the pending withdrawals...
Would be very awesome it the automatic withdrawals are rolled out. I used the website last week and my withdraw was pending for almost 2 hours without any approval.
And i would like to confirm that the withdrawals seem to be now automated and are a lot quicker
Thank you MintDice for listening to your customer's complaints and working on the problem swiftly. All I can wish you is a prosperous growth of your business.
Cheers.
Feedbacks are very important, it is not a thing that we used to escape from but a certain that could help us and most especially for mintdice to improve.
Good thing that they take immediate action once they hear some feedbacks and it for sure people recognize this and for the better future of this site.
I just wanted to know how long the process of withdrawal now on this site? Since it is automated I guess it takes 1-2 hours. I know a lot of gamblers are preferred on the fastest withdrawal site and sounds good if this gambling site had a good innovation regarding the withdrawal process. Just trying to visit the site and it is quite good looking, I mean the theme color looks like users friendly.
As has been said a few times, withdrawals are automatic but undergo a series of automatic checks before they process. If the system thinks there's even a chance of funny business, it can get put into a manual queue which then could take as long as 24 hours but ideally won't take more than 1-2 hours to process. If you've done nothing more than deposit and play, your withdrawal will almost assuredly process instantly up to available hot wallet balances.
