You can find all the information regarding the faucet here.
The limits are:
1x every 2 minutes
2x every 10 minutes
5x every hour
20x per day
I can use the faucet only if there are no account balances. After I have a deposit, I get the message: "Your bankroll is too high to use faucet. Make a deposit to remove the limit". So what do I need to do? Make a deposit or vice versa, make a conclusion so that the account becomes empty?

This sounds like a bug, I'll look into this. It is supposed to work this way:
If you have never deposited before, you can only request the faucet when your balance is zero.
If you have deposited before, you can request the faucet at any time if you are within the rate-limits mentioned above.

If you have deposited and are not within the rate limits, then it is not working as intended... and I'll see if there's an issue.

Edit: It does not appear as though you have ever made a deposit so far, so I don't see any issue.
You're wrong) How could you check this? I did not say my name on mintdice. A deposit of 0.046 BTC on August 24 was credited to my account.

A P2P transfer was made to your account, not a BTC deposit. Those are two different things treated differently.
Your screen name is posted publicly on the sig campaign.

If you have a second account that has made a legitimate BTC deposit, contact support and deal with this privately at [email protected]

Now about the withdrawals... I wish the approval process would be a lot quicker  Wink
It's quite fast actually. I thought they would process my withdrawal "within 24 hours" as stated, however actually they did it within 1-2 hours. Moreover, with a small "economy" fee, my transaction was confirmed within 64 minutes.

https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/6a95b56be08a58b0a5211e8339718cd39506b76c274a24108e21ba132ddcb79e

Just a bit suggestion @MintDice, kindly use blockchair.com on the "history" tab. Respect for Blockchain.com has long gone IMO.

It is good to know that even if they are using small fee per byte based on your transaction posted, it still went smooth. But their economy fee for withdrawal is 20k sats, so a lot of those satoshis go to their operation side? Just wondering about how they have fix tx fee and where it goes?

I don't think I've found the answer to this question to the FAQ and I was about to ask this as well!
What's the difference between choosing FRD or BTC from the faucet and then playing? If I choose FRD, can I exchange it for BTC? I didn't find any such option in the menus of my profile.

FRD is play money and (for now) cannot be exchanged for any currency. It is there to test and enjoy our games risk-free Smiley

what is the timeframe to claim the faucet again ?
It says only try again on another time  Huh
Would be great to see a message like " you can claim the faucet in x minutes again" or somthink like that XD

regards

You can use the faucet:
1x every two minutes.
2x every ten minutes.
5x every hour.
20x per day.

You'll find more information on the faucet here.

Is there a user live feed available? I'm asking because I've not yet registers and as a non-registered user I do not see anything. Is the feature I asked about available at all, and if the answer is no, then why not create one?

At the moment, you indeed have to create an account to view anything. But you can create an anonymous account in seconds. Soon enough that won't be an issue and anyone can view it. We are changing systems presently.

Yes, I agree with that. I guess it is every hour or so. But I did encounter that when I tried to claim not even an hour gap from my previous claim as I ran out of satoshis.

So i was exploring some parts of your casino website.
I really fell in love with the Emergency Address part: https://mintdice.com/faq/account/security/what-is-the-emergency-address

It really shows that you have got the back of your customers. As you know, No system is perfect.

just joined and immediately tried the FAUCET, I was very surprised that there could choose FEDERAL RESERVE DOLLAR or BITCOIN.  The green colour makes me very comfortable exploring the platform.. very good work  Wink

I haven't created the account at mintdice yet but what is so special about this faucet ? and what do you mean by "FEDERAL RESERVE DOLLAR"  Huh
Anyways the fist look and the site color combination is awesome.

btw, if i have much FRD token, what i can do with that token? can convert it to btc? or its only game money that haven't value?

You can find all the information regarding the faucet and our FRD here.

But to answer briefly, the "Federal Reserve Dollar" is MintDice's play money. With our FRD you can enjoy our games stress-free and risk-free Smiley

Well, that is right. KYC should be applied if the user cashout a big amount but not all regular gamblers having a small amount of winning.
And also those account looks very suspicious to them that must go with the KYC verification.
Well, by the way, upon registering on Mintdice I saw a good faucet there and you can able to claim again even you have available balance. I have got 300 sats, how many sats the limit of the faucet? or it is unlimited.

Thanks for your comment.

This is by far the best faucet among all the gambling sites. I hope people may not misuse it by making multiple accounts for faucet abuse.
Is there any restriction on making multiple accounts ? Also faucets earning can be withdrawn without any deposits ?

The short answer is you may make as many accounts as you want for "good" purposes. Read the longer answer here:
https://mintdice.com/faq/account/basics/may-i-create-more-than-one-account-on-mintdice

You can withdraw from the website without deposits if it does not appear like promotional/botting abuse to us, yes. This is at our sole discretion but if you are being honest about it you are likely fine.

When will bit.rocket game resume? This is a fun game I am hooked up with on this site.

Normally i do not play on new gambling sites and prefer the old ones on which i am used to playing. But seeing this positive comments by Yahoo, i decided to check the site and play there. I like almost all the games on the site. I did not withdraw anythng yet but i am sure that we can trust this site based upon the above feedback.

You are right over there. I guess the vouch that yahoo gave help in the assurance that the site will not screw you. If anything will come up as wrong, he will be the first one to advise the users.

The vouch by yahoo will act as a great promotion for the site. Yahoo is the one of the best manager here and if he declare a site as trusted, this mean that all the gambling community here will be comfortable to play gambling on the mint dice.
Also I think all the companies whose campaigns are managed by yahoo are trust worthy because he do not promote anything shady.

AFAIK, KYC is not required for a small amount of withdrawal. Just like exchanges, some required basic KYC for more than $100, 1BTC, etc., it depends on the service's jurisdiction. Also, KYC is not related to the trustworthiness of a casino. It's a different matter.

As long as users don't have a problem with deposit/withdrawal, users can assume that the site is safe to play (to certain extents).
KYC is kind of local rule, whenever people join new place (forum, exchange, casino), they have to read rules, accept them before creating accounts and starting to use their accounts on those places. KYCs is not too bad, but if someone don't want to do this, just ignore platforms require KYCs, and choose others that don't require KYCs. However, I believe that it is just a matter of time, and later all platforms in crypto will require KYCs, when local governments step in. Issues only are serious issues if platforms change their TOS, and ask for KYCs, without timegaps to allow their customers to withdraw money out of their platforms if they don't want to do KYCs.

I'm thinking the same that most crypto related websites will require KYC in the future, basically it has been started some time ago when some exchanges add KYC requirement while there was no KYC at the beginning as well as for ICO or even airdrop. But I still hope that it wont happen in gambling platform, as I believe there are still many people want to gamble anonymously. Hope mintdice will stick to what they have now even if other sites requires KYC in the future.
