No, 6th coin was not announced yet.
But XZC is very interesting project.

I dumped my 500+ a few weeks back

I noticed it hasn't rised much compared to other coins in last two week it even gained less than Etherum, any reasons for all this?

Oracle wallet is the older version wallet, better if you are going to get your coins and plan to stake them. LLD is the new version wallet with Lower Level Database, better if you are just storing your coins or plan to mine to it.
