I agree with you, vacation is a phase where we need time to calm ourselves down whether it is physically or mentally and mind therefore it makes more sense if vacation does not involve gambling. On the other hand, even though we guarantee ourselves to be disciplined in doing it but no one knows what will happen when the results of the gambling are disappointing, because it could make our feelings messy and make the vacation uncomfortable.
I myself if I have enough money for a vacation and even more enough it seems like I will not gamble, I am just prepared for unwanted things to happen because I am the type of person who does not want to take risks.

The holiday depends on who I'm spending it with. If I'm going to spend the holidays alone, if I have the time to gamble, I will do it so to keep time and avoid boredom but if I'm spending it with my family or my girlfriend, he'll na. I'm not going to bet while with someone or people special to me, like what am I even doing on a casino when someone is close to me, it will shift my attention to it and I know myself how it can make me forget someone around me.

Knowing fully gambling can take away your attention from someone that is dear to you, I will just avoid gambling. Beside, I know how my mood can change on gambling, it's better I remain my humble self when I'm spending the holiday with people around me then change mood with them because my bets didn't go as I expected. It's not nice if such altitudes is done time and I wouldn't entertain that to another person.

The holidays are often the only days some people can spend with their families, if this is the case I do not see the point of gambling at all during those days when the time with your family is so limited, but even if this was not true and you can spend all the time you want with your family, I still do not see the point either, since most of your most precious memories will be formed during those family reunions, and I am not willing to sacrifice that just to gamble a little bit.

I try not to mix things like vacation and gambling. Vacation is an opportunity to have a psycho-emotional reboot. And this opportunity doesn't come along very often.

On vacation, I prefer to sunbathe, swim in the sea or river, travel, see local attractions, climb mountains, meet beautiful girls, and play sports. On vacation, I take a break from my devices (smartphone and laptop) and the Internet. I never watch TV on vacation.

Gambling is certainly entertainment, not work, but it is a completely different type of entertainment than the entertainment I do on vacation.

In my opinion, there is no need to mix these two types of entertainment.

Sometimes I gamble during the weekends because I have more time to scout and look for matches to predict, it's fun to make predictions and wait for the outcome. Gambling during the holidays shouldn't hurt in any way if you are gambling responsibly. The holidays are meant for relaxation and taking a break from stress, doing whatever you like is allowed but there should be a sense of moderation In whatever it is you are doing especially gambling. Don't get carried away and lose your entire savings because you are trying to entertain yourself, learn to be disciplined.

These people are mostly workaholic, when holiday comes, they actually don't know what they should do, instead they stay at home, doing the same routine and bored because they have a lot free time.

This encourage them to find some activity in order to make them busy or entertain them, so gambling can be one of their choice.

Gambling during the holidays depends on you and your schedule. Do you have a large family around that will be with you all the time? Does your family have planned day-to-day activities that will keep you busy throughout the week? If so, you might only have time to gamble when you're indoors.

However, you can still gamble during the holiday if you plan accordingly. It all depends on whether you're spending the holiday with family or alone. If you're with family, consider your schedule and prioritize quality time together. If you're alone, you can stick to your routine or take a break – it's up to you.

If you plan to visit a tourism place that's famous for the gambling activities then it's good but if this is your vacation once in a year then no one should waste them by just being online whether gambling or just watching movies.

Just allocate the week off days for Gambling not the yearly vacation period because you are not alone in this picture, I suppose your family needs some time too so enjoy it while you make them happy as well and just continue the gambling on the remaining days in the year.

I love traveling too, but we always rest at night, which makes it the perfect time for a little gambling. With casinos running 24/7, there’s no set time for gambling anymore. As long as we have time, why not? Just remember to know when to stop so the fun doesn’t get ruined.

They say gambling is fun, and that’s true, but only for people who can handle it responsibly. Some people avoid gambling on vacation because they know they might lose control. For them, prevention is the key to keeping things under control.

In the North hemisphere, where I live, the holidays left are the Christmas holidays, and as I mentioned in this forum a few times in the past, in my country we have a special Christmas lottery which is played by 70% of the population or so, with a special show in the public TV and radio followed for almost everyone. So, because of my culture, this holidays and gambling are tightly related.

Apart from that famous lottery, more free time is a greater temptation to play other games and bet on sports. As long as I have good self-control and enjoy it, gambling during holidays should be fine for me.

It depends on the situation if we have that many visitors I avoid gambling during the holidays, and just enjoy the holidays to the fullest with all my relatives and friends around, and if we don't have many activities or visitors during the holday I will find time to play even a few hours.
Holidays should be our priority but if there's little activity during the holiday its sometimes memorable to play during the holidays.

Vacation is a time when both mind and soul as well as body need to fall into a state of relaxation, this can be said to be separate from the purpose of gambling when despite the high discipline, gambling can still make us consume a lot of energy of the brain and body, it is gradually destroying our vacation. Besides, a vacation will need a lot of expenses to be able to help the rest more convenient, once combined with gambling, it is a waste as well as a lot of trouble, instead of gambling, partying as well as healthy entertainment contributes to the true meaning of the vacation, gambling is just a short period of entertainment in a working week.

If I want to, then why not, if I have time for it, because holidays do not always mean that I can just lie around and do nothing, there is always some work, a long list of things that I cannot do on weekdays, but which I can do on weekends. Gambling will not be a priority activity for me on holidays, especially if I expect guests to come to me, then preparations will most likely take up all my time, or if I go to visit, I will not be able to devote time to this either, and at night I will just want to relax.

1.  If I have fund and the time to gamble then why not.  People come only in the day and I have all the time during the night.  It is good to have some relaxation after a busy day meeting with friends and relatives.  so yeah, will probably engage in gambling during the night the beauty of online gambling.

2. As I stated, I do not need to make time for gambling since I am free of work at night.  I also don't usually go to land-based casinos to gamble since I am ok playing within the comfort of my home.

Totally avoiding gambling may not be that easy to many people, expecially the lovers of gambling during holidays period.

Maybe I will rather say the holidays period is the best time to gamble, since every other activity will be suspended for holiday. But although staying indoors for the holidays may not mean that one must gamble everyday or more often, but there must be a balance in other not to get addicted during the holidays.

There is nothing bad or special about it, if one wants to gamble, they could gamble as far as they could be able to exercise discipline and caution while gambling.

The best thing to do is to draw a time plan for your activities so that you would be guided and follow them accordingly that you do not miss any of your plan as a substitute for another. Each time should be occupied with something else and when the time for each elapses, you move on to the next schedule. There would be lots of activities this holiday period as it is Christmas season so one would not only be bent on gambling, spread your time across all activities and follow them accordingly. You will see that you did not give much time to gambling and your finance would be intact and ready for the next phase after the holidays.

Online gambling makes it possible, it is easier to gamble now all we need is a device and internet connection.
We could gamble anytime anywhere we want, but I think it is better to spend your holidays with your family bond with them spend time and enjoy.

The ability to properly allocate your budget is an indicator of a healthy and normal adult. Moreover, it is also important not to be a slave to your work. People by nature need some entertainment. This can be our hobby, going to a bar or playing in a casino. But the main thing is not to stress at the end of the month. When our finances are running out, and we are still waiting for the next month, our entertainment should not be uncontrolled spending. I would suggest using all the winnings from gambling for investment so that in moments when luck is not very favorable to us, we are not left with empty pockets.

Totally accepted and I agree with you on this one, holiday are mainly for relatives, immediate family and friends so any extra activity that will distract you from utilizing the little time you would have with your family should be avoided, though people sees gambling as part of fun too but what if your family doesn't want that, will you want to deprive them the opportunity to have you stay with them whenever they want you guys to have fun with you during the said holiday, buddy I somuch support you, I think gambling should not always come in when it's not needed, family first before any other thing, personally I can't deny the fact that am a gambler but it can never be an excuse for me when it comes to family things.

It's not even the funds it consumes that matters much at this point as you said, my main problem is that, this is holiday that we are talking about and this holiday doesn't come all the time, individual job description matters too, what if your job doesn't allow you to meet your family all the time, will you want to see gambling as an obstruction for you not to have good time with your family, i think the answer is no for me, there is time for everything, it will be better for us do things appropriately to avoid making things look as if our lives depends on gambling.

They say a busy person has time for everything, and as gamblers, we’re pros at multitasking. Some even manage to gamble at work (though not exactly recommended) and still get the job done well. As long as you’re a responsible gambler --mentally and emotionally grounded-- gambling anytime shouldn’t be a problem.
