The problem with this kind of behavior (causing FUD to buy up cheap coins) is that it results in breaking/killing the coin itself.
Investors lose trust even when the devs deliver.

Too many times I've held on after a FUD storm like this because I believed in the coin and developers, it just never fully recovers.
