Well, obviously I don't speak Spanish so its hard to assess directly. However, more senior members of the Spanish community stated that his Spanish is not native (Google translate?) or very poor and in either case he should not put himself forward as a translator of Spanish.

i kinda know this guy he is spanish and im willing to help him non profit so his task gets easier.

It appears that lolgato1 is not a Spanish native speaker http://archive.is/WvVBy and that there are a lot of mistakes in the Spanish OP so I have taken it down. My bad for being too trusting.

I disagree, we have considered a totally free giveaway and we would have no control over who claims and how may times someone claims their free coins. It doesn't matter if you check IPs and accounts etc. you will get people claiming several payouts. There are people out there with probably 100s of accounts working full time to claim free stuff. If people invest a tiny amount then there is less of an incentive to just grab "the free stuff" and then dump it. I am certain there is a bigger incentive to dump free coins as you have invested nothing and every single Satoshi is pure profit. If you pay a small amount you have an interest in the coin doing well.

I think people misunderstand the way this ICO works. The ideal would be for people to invest a small amount, say 0.001 BTC. This filters out the multiple account fraudsters. That's the point of this. You can also get MOJO for work.

I don't think there is any merit in the statement that a 'true coin' is given away. Look at some free coins and see how they are doing. Free, as in given away, no mining no effort, no investment.

It makes it sure that people is waiting to dump, a true coin is just given away.

We have set a conservative estimate of a MOJO value of 100 sats upon listing on exchanges and therefore the bounties have been set at 30,000 MOJO which should equate to at least 0.03 BTC (£10,- or 13USD) at the moment and probably more later on. You might be right that 500 is aiming too high, I have now set a cut off date of 31/03/2016 so the ICO will run for around 1 month so that there is fair penetration on Twitter and here and then we will see how many. I guess that I imagined that people could invest a small amount like 0.001 or 0.01 BTC and get a fair share and therefore get more investors but it seems that many people may not understand the way the ICO works and are just used to a set price.

So, if people are reading this, an investment of 0.01 BTC or less will most likely translate into a high amount of MOJO.

Let's run for another week and see. I am now running a 7 day Facebook ad campaign and a 5 day Twitter ad campaign and I want to see if that translate into followers or investment.

We have decided to distribute Mojocoin through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) where you will receive a relative share of the total coins depending on your investment. This means that you as a potential investor can obtain a relatively large share of Mojocoin for a minimal investment of 0.01 BTC or even less, which is 4 USD right now. The ideal is to distribute 70,000,000 MOJO in the first phase of the ICO and to get a minimum of 500 investors. This would allow for a relatively wide distribution which would benefit the investors and the future of the Mojocoin community.

We have thought long and hard with regards to what may be considered a successful ICO and we have reached the following conclusions that I will illustrate with a couple of theoretical examples.

(1) The initial focus is on distribution so the number of investors outweigh the total amount of Bitcoin raised as a primary goal. So, if you imagine 500 investors all in for 0.01 BTC for a total of 5 BTC that would certainly be considered a success in terms of the number of investors. From the investor point of view that would mean a share of 140,000 MOJO per investor (70,000,000 between 500 investors). A conservative estimate for a market cap for MOJO on launch on various exchanges would be 100 BTC or 0.00000100 BTC (100 Sats) per MOJO. This is probably low for 100 mill. coin with proper long term support. So, an initial investment of 0.01 BTC would bring in 0.14 BTC if the share of 140,000 MOJO was sold on the day of launch on various exchanges. That is a ROI of 14 times the value invested. Altough in this case, the ICO would bring in a low BTC value it would mean more trade once MOJO is listed.

(2) The minimum amount of BTC raised for the ICO to be considered a success regardless of the number of investors would have to be 20 BTC. This would allow us some flexibility to stabilize the price once MOJO hit exchanges.

Both these numbers can not be absolutely fixed. I.e. if it reaches 490 investors or 19 BTC this would have to be considered.

We have decided that if the ICO does not approach any of the targets we will consider reverting to exchanging the received BTC investment for the theoretical ICO price which is then set at 20 BTC / 70,000,000 MOJO which is 0.00000029 BTC (29 Sats). So an initial investment of 0.1 BTC would result in a share of 344,827.586 MOJO in the case of a failed ICO. This will amply compensate the investors who will hold a larger share and will be able to reach a ROI fast once MOJO hits the exchanges.

We believe that this scheme will protect the investors and benefit early adopters and produce value for any number of investors in Mojocoin. We believe that there is no way that you will not reach a ROI reasonable fast after the ICO. We have to set some boundaries on the ICO as it would be extremely detrimental if, say 2-3 investors walked away with 70,000,000 MOJO between them.

I hope that makes sense. Please feel free to discuss as we are open minded and flexible but we have the future of Mojocoin to consider and we also want to bring value to our investors.
