I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?
It is better to buy bitcoin if its price is low because you could buy a lot and if it price increase there's a possibliy to became double your btc.. Then if you want to sell make sure that its price is high so you could recieve a higher profit.

This is more about short-term investments, and for long-term investments you can buy at any time, but you will have to wait for a long time until the price grows sufficiently.

there are many moments,
If the project and volume is good and the price is under bolinger band it is mostly correct moment for buying.
If BTC price is raising, it is mostly a good moment to sell and collect after pump is completed.

speculators are saying bitcoin will touch $3,000 in 2017 and from the beginning of this year many trading has seen the sign of that. The best time to buy against is now as there is a pull back from $1,800 to $1,700 the market is trying to get enough momentum before the next pumb which may touch $2,000.

the price will reach the new highs very soon,we see + - 30-50$ corridor
and bitcoin is testing 1800$ as we speak
there are so many arbitrage opportunities across different exchanges in different countries
I think this is one of the reasons of this volatility-traders move masses of coins between exchanges
in general:buy and hold! the market is up and there will be 2000+ in under two months for sure

If you are planning for a long term investment then buying bitcoin as the price right now is still a good idea because you can make profits after a few years of holding but if you are a short term trader then you can sell some of your bitcoin from your wallet and wait for the dump price and buy them and hold them until you see a pump on the price and sell it again.

There is something strange in the charts, we know that prices will not always increase even though I expect the opposite but there is nothing wrong for us to wait a moment to see what will happen before deciding it's time to buying or selling.

if you are unsure of what to do then don't start buying unless you have carefully thought of it. bitcoin by the way is too pricey. i wouldn't waste my money holding just few  bitcoin. you'd rather be investing to the most cheaper ones becuase that you know it has no where else to go but up. and that you can profit.

Right now its hard to enter as like what you said its price has skyrocketed all you can do now is wait, wait in which it will fall down back into a support level again. Because the only people who are having fun now are people who have already build a base on a low price in which they can pick when to sell. And if you decided to buy now there is no assurance that it will still continue to rise up to what you are expecting let say maybe 2000$ is what you are expecting buying it at this price range which is 1800$ give you more risk than the reward if you know what I am saying.

Just buy at relatively regular intervals then its always the right time to buy and regardless of short term fluctuations you will quickly find that you are always in profit.

It depends on you..
If you want to make profit in a short term then you shouldn't buy anything, but if you want to invest your money for the long run then you can buy Bitcoin, securities and so on.
It also depends on quantity of your money. Large amount of money should be invested for the long term project.

What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?

When the price were on $500 after sitting for below $300 for almost months, some people says they will wait more for price decrease because the price was high, then price rose to $600+. Will wait again for decrease because it was still higher, then the price increase to $700. Will wait again for the dip because it was too high, then the price increase again to $800 and so on. And more numbers of "waiting for price decrease" happened last time price was go back at below $1,000. And look what we are now?

See my main point here? As long as doubts will be dominant in your mind you can never make any strong decision. If you want to buy and afford to hold it for long while at the same time believes that bitcoin will increase it's price to your target price in the future then just do the buying and face the risk.

Brilliant words! If someone waits for the price to drop to buy BTC a bit cheaper then the time is now. Bitcoin was almost $1,900 several days ago and today the price is $1,740. Waiting for the price to drop more might result in buying for over $1,900 eventually.

For me the right moment for buying and selling of bitcoin is when ever money is ready to be spent because if you buy now at high price you can still make a reasonable profit by selling some btc at a premium as long as prices do not drop extremely low what you initially bought them.

to buy bitcoin is now the more risk of losing  and better to produce bitcoin than buy it maybe. if you buy now do not easily panic if there is a price reduction then better to hold it because the price of bitcoin will return to peak even exceed the previous price.
lets not only look at the risk factor here, there is a chance of missing the boat bringing in good profit for. If you wanted to buy 5 btc why not buy half to partially absorb any unforeseen loss

It's not about the number of coins you want to buy. The main thing is how much you are going to keep them. If coins are for long-term investment, then they can be bought now. And for a short period - probably not the best time to buy
I think this is not the right to time to buy the price is high. but today I got a good offer from my local exchange site they offered 20% more profit to preset price, so I sold my coins. The price was really nice it around $1950 for 1 BTC. To get this price, I think I have to wait for a couple of weeks. So I sold my bitcoins.

well I think you should've just held on dude. the price of btc may soar well beyond that in a matter of weeks also. there's a reason why they're willing to buy your btcs at that high price at this time.
People who do buy on the current high price do really have high hopes on bitcoin price increase later on because they don't really bother to purchase or buy inspite of its high price but well its somehow scary to put up too much on it because price crash could happen anytime which means that's really a big lose for us specially when we put up big money.

Buying now is risky as price is already too high and it can fall down in coming days so I will drop my idea of buying bitcoins and will prefer to hold the coins that I have and sell when it will cross $2k level in coming months as I think that is the best price to sell bitcoins.

I agree that current price is on the higher side, as in overbought, but it all depends on your target at the end, and whether or not you have coins already. If you haven't got any coins at the moment, and believe that the price will reach x amount after a certain period of time, you have a target to aim for, and thus you can justify (according to your targets) buying at current levels. Thing to keep in mind is to not go all in - have enough fiat aside that you can use in case the price happens to go down. It will allow you to lower your average buying price. Other than that, the $2000 level isn't anything special. Eventually the price will move past that level easily.

For me this is the moment for buying and selling of bitcoin. If you have money to buy on then pursue your plan in the long run you will have a benefit of it. Bitcoin price is continuously rising at the moment, we cant go back the past and be regretting the past that we cant hold on bitcoin some. So, instead doing that so lets move forward buy now for a long term goal and it is profitable.

I do agree with your idea that selling and buying of bitcoin will depend on your capacity to buy or your resources and your selling capacity will also depend on your bitcoin stocks. Thus the most important thing to do now is to get hold of bitcoins and hold it so you can eventually sell it when the price is high. If you believe in bitcoins then you should buy it now since bitcoin is already young it has  a huge potential that i can grow more.
