Well the price is quite atractive but i would invest into altcoins at this stage while bitcoin still not solved the big issue of the split, after those i would back again into bitcoin due to its big potencial.
It is a self explanatory question really but I am answering to help you. It is a good moment to buy if the price of bitcoin is 1000 dollars or less and it is a good moment to sell it if the price is 2000 dollars or more. You can make 100% net win from just trading it. I would advise you to not sell it and only buy when you have the chance even at a bit of more than 1000 dollars price and save it for the future. Many people here are saying it will rise in value.
I am trying to save a bit for long term but I also cash a little out every month for home expenses. Just do with Bitcoin like you would with your other currencies. Use what you need in the interim and try stash some in savings. It's not too late to buy Bitcoin, it will go up more and more eventually.
I also regard bitcoin as a long-term investment. And for me a good time to buy at a time when the price has become a bit lower. But I know that if I buy now, then in a few years I will become richer
If you are a long term holder then you can buy them even now but I would suggest you to wait for some more days as price may fall in coming days and if it goes down then you can buy bitcoins at cheaper price which will also give you higher amount of bitcoins.
I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. @Eternu, buy when there are dips in the price.. dont worry if you have bought when it is still at high price and you think it already in its low, just buy.. we havent yet reached the $2000 this year, and it is not to late. and maybe next years, that aim to reach $2000 will be tripled, quadruple or may ten times fold the price..
I think we still at lower price of bitcoins in terms of buying. The reason i am saying this is that Bitcoin expected value in few years is 5K+ or even more so if you intend to buy now at less than 2000$, you will still be in profit in coming months. My suggestion is that if you have some surplus money invest them in Bitcoins and you will find yourself in profit very soon.

If you can hold it for a long term then you can buy at any price and even buying at current price is affordable as in long term price will surely rise so if you buy now and hold them for next couple of years then it will give you best results on your investments.

The things you're discussing are extremely hard to apply in real time trading. It's impossible to know the moment for buying or selling, it's even hard to take a guess for this.
Determine the exact time of purchase is difficult, but in any case, you need to buy or earn bitcoin in order to get a profit from your coins in a few years.

I would recommend you to buy bitcoins right now as the price of bitcoins may be high right but you got to keep in hold till the price of bitcoins reach a minimum of 3000$ ,then only its worth in investing in bitcoins.
Well, the price might get that high, no doubt about it. Nevertheless, bitcoin is worth too much to buy it IMO. It is better to earn it and keep rather than buy. Now is not the time for investments into anything (well, probably now is the time in invest into litecoin though). Now is time for earning and storing good alts as well as bitcoin. Bitcoin is now $1700. This happened so fast and I still think it will fall to $1k at least for some reason.Yeah that is a possibility that price can crash in coming months so I think we should wait for that time to buy bitcoins and right now its not the best time to buy bitcoins as price is really high so I prefer to sell some of my bitcoins as I bought them at low price and rest I will hold for the future to earn higher profits from it.

That is the risk you would need to take. Everyone could tell you here to buy because that will increase bitcoin price again. But in the end it will be your decision. Are you willing to risk your money for an unsure investment.
This thing have been a fight of courage. Who can stay, who can hold or who are those who makes the right decision at the right time.
For me, it will always be a good time to buy. There is no telling what could happen.

Actually, no one can tell when bitcoin would dump or pump. In this since, your question can not be answered however there are just possibilities of huge pump in bitcoin as other countries such as Australia are considering bitcoin to be legalized. Thus, I think it's better to but bitcoins or altcoins as early as possible.

What are you looking for? long term or short term? if it's long term, then it's not matter if you want to buy now or wait a few days. But if you want a short term profit, then i suggest you wait until the price go down a bit. It's been rising lately and will go down for sure. There's a drop in price about a day ago, that's one of the suitable time to buy bitcoin.
i find that the best moment for you to sell is when there is a consolidation, you can tell that by looking at the resistance and the value at which the majority are buying
when you see that they are buying always at the same price point and the value look solid, that is probably the bootm, and from there there are high chance that will increase, you cna buy safely
correct tiem for selling is more complicated, there is no way to know the top, you can try to predict it via mental barrier, like for now $2k or before was $1500 and so on

I think no it would not good to buy a whole bitcoin because of the price increases everyday, buying a whole bitcoin is expensive but if you buy a fraction of the coin it will not expensive for you. atleast you have a investment to make a profit from it.And as the second question, I predict that bitcoin price will hit $2000 within 3 months and $2500 in the end of the year but I don't rely on predictions since we can't hold the market.
Buying in small fractions or something that you can afford to do regularly would surely help in accumulating bitcoins. Even if it takes a while for you to have a substantial amount, if you just stick to a certain strategy, the long term outlook will be good. And at the rate things are going, and with bitcoin acceptance spreading, we can expect a rosy future for bitcoin.
Buying in small quantity is the best way to accumulate either bitcoins or any other shares or altcoins. Because it gives you the best average price over the time. If one decided to invest on some particular share or cryptocurrency then start immediately instead of waiting for the particular price point. If you wait for the price then you may or may not get the investing opportunity or you may need to wait for too long to see that price to enter.
