You don't need to have a lot of money to enjoy the game you are playing having small amount and gamble according to your capabilities is fine. If you pursue to bet huge even if you cannot really afford to do it then the risk is so high for you to get broke.

So ignore those feelings like you are in competition with other people since its no sense at all to look forward on what they are doing. Just focus on ourselves on how we can possibly prolong our gameplay since if we extend to many hour and our deposited amount is still there then for sure that we already gain what we are looking for.

Just be amaze on those people who place huge bet and don't replicate them since being greedy also envious is dangerous attitude for gamblers.
You are right and that is what I did so far when I playing gambling. I don't spend big amount of money to gamble and adjust my allocation money for playing gambling. I am a bit worry if I see my losses become big so there is no other way for me to prevent that with limitation although I often to break my limit Grin

But after all, so far my gambling activity is under control and I don't lose too much money. Only small money to playing gambling and that is okay for me.

For your concerns about 2FA, that's definitely getting implemented in the new platform!

We're working hard to get the new platform rolled out, but we want to make sure it's super solid to make it as good as possible for you guys. I'm looking forward to announce it here to you all!

Not your keys, not your coins!
New features are a sure thing for the new platform, however, several upgrades and updates are required as discussed in the chat. If you have noticed, we still don't have a 2FA system implemented which is a very important security measure for any platform.
2FA requirement from community is solid and need to be considered and developed then deployed by MonkeyTilt team.

However, it's worth to remind everyone that 2FA is not a perfect solution or tool to secure your account. Your account security depends on many things like
How you set up your account password, your email password.
Did you set up 2FA for your email?
How did you keep your 2FA and email and account access on different devices. At least 2FA should not be on a same device where you log in your email and your platform account.

2FA is helpful and maximizes its support in security, if you use 2FA properly.

I support 2FA request from community.

No, I can't wait for that Cheesy (kidding). What else is coming? I haven't been on the forum for a few days, maybe I missed something here. Isn't the current platform final? which is currently great, if added with updates, I think it will become sick!!!

I guess, it should definitely be about some features that are still not available like Poker and Crypto Roll Eyes.

We will have the deposit and withdrawal page updated and modified as promised by the team in the chat above. I'm not sure but I believe they might also improve/upgrade the UI a little bit to make it look more elegant. I'm not saying it isn't good currently, but there is always room for improvement.

They might also have more details available about the native token and the airdrop and distribution structure with the new update. So there's so much coming up with the new platform.  Smiley

Sometimes I wonder how fun it must be to have so much money that you can use for gambling while you know you can afford to lose that money which means you are making high bets without any issues and just having fun while maybe making some money as well.

This thought came to mind when I visited the Casino section of MonkeyTilt and scrolled down to the section where bets are shown. I saw a user named Romster is making very high bets, almost $10,000 each bet in the Prive Lounge Blackjack 4 game. He was winning 2x in many of his bets and 1x in some. When I checked his stats, he had wagered $668k in just 86 bets. Isn't that crazy?  Shocked
Lol, it’s kinda funny because in the concept of gambling we still want profit in return even if we’re adviced to gamble wisely with what we can afford it’s obvious gamblers always want more and it okay. Like everyone is different depending on their income so it’s not surprising when a person use such amount most times you can tell they’re comfortable and doing perfectly fine, I have actually seen people go beyond this amount and they feel comfortable.
Only people who have a lot of money that can place the high bet so when we don't have that much money, we don't have to follow what they do. We can only place a bet that we can afford to lose to avoid the big lose because we never know when we can win but we can win anytime while gambling. So we don't have any choice except place a bet with small amount and trying to enjoy the games without think when we can win and let the luck comes to us. It is no surprise if we see some people can place a big bet many times because in gambling, many people can spend too big money than other people. When we check their statistics, we can be shocked to see how much money they already lost and win so we can get the lesson to always use the money we can afford to lose.

Shouldn’t it be the same? If you had $10,000 in your account and you use 1% to make deposits that’s $100 shouldn’t that be the same as someone who has $100,000 and uses same 1% which is 1,000?

Well to me I think it will be the same feeling as long as they are both gambling with an amount they can afford to lose (despite a huge difference) the only time they’ll have different feeling is when they decide to go and use an amount that they can’t possibly afford to lose, but if they working within their budget then they should get same amount of fun from it - whether big stakes or little stakes.

It will be the same feeling as when you are already a high roller, you will also treat the 1%, let us say, $1k as some loose change. So no matter where you are at in terms of your bankroll, it is on you how you will enjoy your games and how you are getting your funds for your games. It is always advisable to use spare funds rather than resort to borrowing money.
And in case, there will come a time that you will be a high roller, for sure, your wants will be different now or your targets will be high as well. As the need changes depending on where your level is, the 1% will surely be the same as when you only have 100 bucks to spend.

Regarding all your concerns with the automatic log out of the site, we're looking to fix this with the new platform when it rolls out. We'll have more robust features that you can customize to make your experience more what you want. This is one of the limitations that we have with our current set up.

We just decided to err on the side of caution with the current platform so you don't have open sessions on your browser when you're not active on your device.

Sorry I don't have more exact information but thank you for the feedback!

That's great, thank you for addressing the concerns. I can't wait for the new platform update.

Good luck to the team.

It's an interesting question and I would like to have an answer from MonkeyTilt team too.

The duration to trigger this automatic log out can be months like 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.
It is surely shorter than 1-3 months, if it was that long, players will hardly notice the automatic log out feature. Since part of the reason for this feature is security, 1-3 months is too long, 72-96 hours is not bad in my opinion.
Do it for your wallet, it is fine, but doing it for a random casino you registered isn't worth it, unless you are gambling with huge amount
Due to my involvement in the BTC network, i have become used to backing up things this way, and i take security seriously in any platform that i deposit my money into, doesn't have to be life changing money for me.

We have automatic timers set up on the site based on activity. It will automatically log you out after a certain amount of time without any activity. This is to prevent your account from being open when you’re not at your computer.

We don’t want anyone to have access to your account without your consent!

- Zoo

That is understandable and it is good for user security. However, I feel there should be a way for users to choose whether they want this or not. For example, if I know that no one else can have access to my computer, I wouldn't mind having my account logged in to conveniently visit and use the platform without having to log in every time even if I'm not active for a few hours or even for one day or a couple.

Aside privacy I think this is a general law implemented regarding a user absence and irregular betting, although I don’t think I understand how this will work but it might take weeks or days that’s something I can’t tell. I clearly understand this idea because I have used sites with different policy and still some with different rules like the fintech mobile bank also roll with the rule of logging out an inactive account, for anyone who forgets password easily just need to stay active.

The reason is understandable and i have also noticed it in other casinos that i have played in. The only thing that stresses me out in this is that i use really strong and long passwords that i back up on paper, so whenever i am logged out due to inactivity, i have to reach for my backup to log in again. How many minutes of inactivity before the website logs out a user? Maybe it can be increased or something, just a suggestion though.
Do we actually need such a stress to log into a casino or an exchange? Having a long and strong password that is not saved in the password manager and synchronised to the phone. Also, didn't permit finger print unlocking. It is very tedious and not worth it.
Do it for your wallet, it is fine, but doing it for a random casino you registered isn't worth it, unless you are gambling with huge amount which shouldn't be trusted with the casino at the first place.

You can have this problems with many centralized exchanges because they have similar policies on automatic log out your account after a while. There is another policy to trigger security confirmation if you log in your account on a new device or a new browser on a same device.

The duration to trigger this automatic log out can be months like 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. 6 months is an inactive duration that can trigger account closure from MonkeyTilt so perhaps a duration for automatic log out is shorter than 6 months, it can be 1 or 3 months.

12.6. If your account remains inactive continuously for 6 (six) or more months, we may close your account without notice or suspend it. If the account is closed in such a manner, the Terms and Conditions will be automatically terminated from the effective date of such termination.
