Although I am not in the MonkeyTilt campaign, today I have done a lot of research on this platform and created an account here and wrote a review. But overall, I liked everything about this platform. I spoke to the support team on the platform on live chat and they are ready to solve the problem immediately. When I created an account, I saw that there was no problem on their platform and the account was created very easily.

I don't gamble much, I only gamble occasionally for fun, only participate in sports betting, which is why I couldn't review the platform by placing a direct bet. Still, I hope to prepare myself to place bet here.

They upgraded their landing page and others several weeks ago, and this Review Campaign is part of their advertisement and initiative to listen to community assessement and proposal for improvement.

Totally agree. I think that all of us who are in their signature campaign will make an effort to write a real review. The last thing I would do is to use AI to write some vague review just to write it. After all, icopress is a reputable campaign manager and I would never do anything to make him kick me out

Hi @icopress, I joined and published my review last week Tuesday. I pointed out the validation error I encountered while signing up. Hopefully, they can fix this issue not just for my location but also for others who might experience the same problem. This way users won't be confused if they see that their location is not on the list of restricted countries. Such issues can leave a negative impression on new users especially those unaware of it. So far though I like the interface new it's intuitive and easy to navigate.

Thank you for the reminder. I have already submitted the review, and my name is also on the spreadsheet.

I am just waiting for the reviews to be completed.

In my opinion, the review campaign was a great idea. It will help the team get a lot of POVs, and different users with different perspectives and angles looking at the platform and its features will provide their feedback. Then, the team can decide which areas they need to work on the most. The new platform already looks great, but with this campaign, a lot of improvements will be made.

I have noticed a couple of design irregularities that I pointed out, and I hope the team can fix them. It is going to make the UI more flawless.

It's late now, but anyway, hopefully, you also had a great weekend.

I thought as much, thanks for the clarification and the link provided. I could remember when MonkeyTilt shared a list of accepted countries we should expect on the new platform if I’m not mistaking, viewing different questions regarding restriction seems strange though. I found the list of restricted countries after going through some few comments.

It will be a very long list for having list of accepted countries, instead having a list of restricted countries will do the same work. And as far as i remember there is not list for accepted countries but only the other way around.

The old platform doesn't allow you to gamble; if you notice, the deposit page is closed, and only the withdraw option is available. I'm sure the team will close the old platform after some time, but for now, it should stay only to make sure that every user has successfully migrated from the old platform to the new one and there shouldn't be complains coming from gamblers for not giving them enough time or allowing them to withdraw their funds before closing the platform.
