Credit card company will reimburse you for anything that was "not received"  but charged to their card

I think they can do it for 60 or 90 days in some cases and they always side with their customer in any disputes
I've had they've never not made sure I got the refund

Remember it could well be another completely unrelated scammer and we just happened to bust him.

Hi

I reported the whole thing to eBay last night & now they have removed all his auctions & he is now not an eBay member anymore just goes to show it was him...why do a runner within hours of everyone getting on to his case

Dont forget i also posted this address of the place the eBay account was registered to...if anyone does live near this address in the UK then go & knock on his door...that will really put the wind up him if we can actually go & pay him a visit.

here is the address again

25 Whittam Road
Chorley
Lancashire
PR7 3LJ

Sadly Paypal does not cover you for payment made on digital goods so if you did buy them from him you are screwed

If all these stolen coins can be proven to be the mintpal Coins, everyone who lost could just buy them back via PayPal and then take a refund from eBay and PayPal buyer protection programs lol

If that fails, your credit card will pull the money Bach from PayPal if you make a non received claim

I'm not sure they're set up to sell crypto yet so if enough people get scammed they will assume the seller is lying rather than multiple buyers

Nah I don't think that's him. Could be wrong of course but I think that's one of the only bits of 'evidence' that have been revealed I don't think is him.

no harm in asking Tongue

If ebay sellers are indeed Ryan, what course of action would be right? If there will be made enough reports to eBay about fraudulent behavior, will they hell to investigate possible connection to Ryan? I'm almost 100% sure its him (to many coincidences). I've already reported both sellers and now we should see how it will end.

if anyone did buy any, blockchain transactions would provide some good tracking possibilities to prove it was him...not good if its stolen property though obviously.

OK here they are

This guy is the one who wants to sell 780 Bitcoins asap

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/graham2014graham/m.html?item=151463244224&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

This is the other guy who lives in the same area as the one above.
If you look at the feedback you will see the top 3 are the same seller that is selling

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/mckay2107/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=100&_trksid=p3692

this will link both of them to each other & also give you a whole lot of coins very cheap

all i ask is dont be complete assholes & buy them...this would upset me & make me just give up trying to assist in the way of getting some coins back for all

I also have the home address of of one of them it is

25 Whittam Road
Chorley
Lancashire
PR7 3LJ
United Kingdom

If Kennedy is in Chorley then yah it looks v suspicious.  The McKay user was buying beauty products until the last month started selling a load of cheap bitcoins.

Ryan kennedy has your money. google his name he's a piece of shit and if you have access to him he says he carries at least 50 bitcoins on him at all times. I believe that is the best way to get money back from him

missing 5+ bitcoins.
So whats the possibility that will ever see them again?

I don't even understand what is going on?

Moolah is holding the rest of bitcoins?
or mintpal is holding the rest of bitcoins?

Or theres some stupid bullshit again, about stolen bitcoins?

Shady mofo... you can bet his paypal account is under a stolen identity and so on.

On a side note, the judge probably doesn't understand -unless it's been explicitly explained to him- that Ryan is still controlling and selling the coins even if he gives away the hard disks as he's been asked to do.

You don't want to buy stolen coins, do you? Smiley

Well, it looks like someone is going to buy them, whether it's someone from here or not.

no no no i am just saying if someone did buy them just for evidence purposes thats all...you will then have name, address & even more importantly a blockchain addy to trace back were the coins came from originally...if it links back to Moolah & Mintpal you have every shred of evidence you will ever need

Jobs a good un then
