Knowledge is Power
I post the withdrawal address, click save changes and nothing happens... same for BTC and another altcoin. All it says is "Withdrawal Status
 Requested"

Can anyone update me on wtf is going on with Mintpal? Are they shutting down? Thankfully I only have some low amounts of alt coins on there...

And is anyone able to withdraw their coins yet? Any withdrawal addresses I'm putting in are not saving.

Coin withdrawals have been working. I'm still waiting on cinni.

Btc looks really bad. I'm worried they are stalling and the btc is long gone. I was unable to withdraw btc while the site was operational and there is no sign of it anywhere. Not a lot in my case thank goodness.

anyone can withdrew coins from MintPal V2 ? why i put the address in the bar and press save than the address disappear?

I have same problem as do a lot of people ... if you clicked save before entering all your wallet addresses it won't let you fill the rest in and update it. All the other coins are stuck on blank fields and it will not let you update them with a wallet address Sad

Can't find a solution anywhere, but lots of people seem to have the problem and changing browsers, clearing cookies, using a different PC etc. doesn't solve the problem.

Anyone got any ideas? Anywhere to report the bug where they actually read the comments?

If you are trying to withdraw BTC, i am afraid no one was able to.

If your address disappear, i know a few people with that problem, means no luck.

I hope syscoin get this alex moolah cunt sorted.

I am glad, I withdrew all the coins before v2 was launched. The CEO is a known criminal and props to Jackson and the OP for documenting this. thanks

Still waiting on my btc withdrawl its been over 24hrs now - not freaking yet because of the 'The following daemons are currently undergoing a rebuild / reindex. Withdrawals will be processed once complete. BTC'

Does anyone know how long it should take them to do a rebuild/reindex on a btc daemon?

looks like not even they know...

XMR UPDATE

Well I finally got their sysadmin into our IRC channel -
[18:30:57] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev
[18:31:49] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev
[18:33:10] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev
[18:34:41] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev
[18:35:44]  jrwr (~jrwr@unaffiliated/jrwr) joined the channel.
[18:35:47]  jrwr:   wat
[18:43:15]  @fluffypony:    oh hi jrwr
[18:43:23]  @fluffypony:    I believe you're struggling with Monero on MintPal
[18:43:25]  jrwr:   I didn't do it!
[18:43:26]  @fluffypony:    and we've refused to help you
[18:43:35]  @fluffypony:    so I thought I'd get you to join here so we can un-refuse to help you
[18:43:51]  jrwr:   lol
[18:44:01]  jrwr:   Welp, Two things
[18:44:04] moneromooo   hands jrwr the pony crop.
[18:44:08]  jrwr:   I'm just the guy who makes sure the wallet stays on
[18:44:35]  @davidlatapie:  ji jrwr
[18:47:22]  @fluffypony:    ok, and the second thing?
[18:50:59]  jrwr:   Alex is the person who would write the interface into the wallet
[18:52:26]  @fluffypony:    ah
[18:52:32]  @fluffypony:    he said that the issue was on your side
[18:52:37]  @fluffypony:    hence my confusion

There's been nothing further from him, but it would appear that the issue is not with their sys admin at all, but with /u/moolah_ not having, as yet, written the interface to the wallet.

There are numerous postings of his real identity, he won't scam much more... Some legal actions already taken against him too...

It looks like we were robbed. You think I would learn after being scammed multiple times. Holding bags of useless coins. At least mintpal gave back a decent amount of the altcoins.

it's the way these criminals think... I bet you this 'Alex Green' character/sociopath will state that he 'tried' in 'g00d faith' to give back coins... then just steal the rest of our BTC - claiming negligence or of being hacked.

The sad part is those who had a lot of BTC on the site and not a lot of alt. I hope we'll see less of those scams in the future.
