the refund procedure must satisfy the rightful owners directly as much as possible. Any transfer of the remaining coins to a dev team account is illegal and takes the form of 62b stolen coins. That would be a situation I would call cryptsy number 2.

You cannot give my coins to any community.

This exchange has a lot of bad reports. Listing a coin on this exchange means that the pros and cons of the project will be revealed more in the crypto community.
So listing coins with listing fee on this exchange is a complete waste of money.

It is more than bad marketing. The exchange is selective scamming users so it was a bad choice to pay 0.06 BTC to list Mooncoin there in the first place.

Of all the exchanges in the world why would anybody list Mooncoin on an exchange without applying due-diligence simply by checking to see if the exchange has scam accusations against it?
