It does proves that there is no specific time where market can recover. Everyone already expected a huge return of the market for 2020 but this event related to the disease isnt expected at all so everyone got shocked. We are now nearing to 6k level and the price is approaching it very fast. Masses of btc even moved from inactive wallets clearly a signed of a massive panic selling. Time will tell how the market can recover, but Im sure that this will contniue until certain parameters for that virus has been secured.

I think this is not entirely due to viruses because there is no clear evidence that coronoa is the main cause, but if you question the economy of a country I think corono can be used as an excuse, because crypto is global is not related to any country and everyone can have it if it is not prohibited in these areas.

It finally crossed that 30 of the RSI, it might drop more to $6k just to make sure those who will buy will get a discount. IF virus is going to a kill more and will spread to the very remote areas it could be more cheaper.  Very unforgiving market that people who thought bear was over are withdrawing their funds in loss. I guess the recession that we thought are just a fud might just be real.

Yeah, very unfortunate this is happening at the time when many btc lovers was looking towards btc halving and possible price increase, lots of people including me thought the period of bear market is over, apparently there is still more to come,
some people even predict btc can go as low as 5k, of course this is only personal opinion, i think panic sellers will make the price to go even lower, if people have learn anything they should know that btc always recover after every price dip, the 3k price is a good example.

Are you saying whales have no more money to buy Bitcoin so instead they decide to sell off to drag the value down and buy again? That's insane, new money needs to flow into this space or else the halving won't have big impact, price can surge but will be in a limited time

Do you really think its because of coronavirus? I think its the whale who's doing this before halving. They just want to buy BTC in a low price that's why they are moving the price downtrend. From the past, we have seen a huge price change after every BTC halving maybe it came a year later but it happened. This time also it will happen I think or maybe you are right.

No cure. it's the same situation for all markets. Stocks, shares also  fall freely.
The reason is not coronavirus, the real reason is f**king media, they spread rumors about corona as a zombie virus. In fact coronavirus is not too dangerous as what they said.
The question I would like to ask now is, is there any news about any crypto holder that died because of the virus? Why is there panic sell in the first place? This doesn't make any sense at all, Both stock market and crypto market shouldn't be affected anyway

Coronavirus will be more disastrous if a cure is never found sooner, and the birth of a dangerous bear market will begin, infact it will be an opportunity to those who wants to buy coins and ain't worrying about the outbreak, honestly I think this outbreak shouldn't be affecting crypto space at all but I'm damn wrong
Dont only look in crypto market stock market has more damage in price since the corona outbreak started .even local economy affected with what is happening to those affected country. And it can be wosten if this things will continue it will create more damage in all markets.

If this Coronavirus of a thing continues like this then do not expect anything good from Bitcoin halving in May or after May because it seems Bitcoin will keep going down from now on, damn no one saw this coming either way, I never expected a new virus to change the fate of Bitcoin and crypto market this year, the very year I've been waiting for, so sad  Undecided

Corona causes many bad effects, not only to bitcoin. many people are pessimistic about the price of bitcoin.

many opinions that corona virus is bioweaon (deliberately created to reduce the number of world population), I don't know the truth.

But if I look deeper, corona virus makes it into economic paralysis. For example in China, economic activity there was paralyzed, shops closed, factories stopped operating and others.

can bitcoin survive with this? I think bitcoin has value because of the trust from bitcoin holders. If the bitcoin holder panic with corona and continues to sell, of course the price will decrease further.

in my opinion corona virus makes bitcoin holders panic, this is what makes prices go down.

Don't panic dude😁

Indeed the corona virus has spread to Europe so that various activities there were temporarily stopped due to this outbreak, but we this year still have hope about the rise of bitcoin because in a few months we will approach halving of course this will be awaited by investors and other traders Even though this has nothing to stop, bitcoin can still go through a crisis like this.

we still have 2 months before halving, and the way its expected . There is no reason to be affraid since there is no confirmation that its always increase it price everytime that there are  halving its just speculation. The bull market may start before the end of this year and will only start when halving started.

There are chances that the spreading of covid19 should stop in most of the countries as summer approaches. As the virus cannot survive in hot climate. I assume by next month things should start becoming normal. We still do not need to panic at the moment as things will certainly change for good.

Well, Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies was meant to help us avoid such problems, especially financial crashes, but they seem to be somewhat dependent on things that can be badly affected during crashes or global disasters. It's high time we started "unlinking" Crypto from things that will be potentially problematic for it, and also make it more resilient.
