its good if some country give people education about blockchain. it mean government believe that blockchain is good for future and must be implement to their society. and i think all of country need it, so every people know blockchain not only as digital asset but also for daily transaction like fiat. and how people react if government do that, because not all people ready to adopt it.

If senior high school was possible to implement and more scholarships were given these past recent years, and with the current leader of the Philippines, Blockchain learning centers and labs in the country is not far from reality. Only it needs more push to the congress, so that they may give it a try to educate their computer engineers and other computer technical related courses graduates. Philippines may have a chance from bringing it's country from poverty, well knowledge is power.

As I said, we are a third-world country. We do support, even regulated Bitcoin in our country but the thing is that we can't still support people on using it. I mean not all of the people here can already use a mobile phone. Yes, we can just teach them but there are a lot of things to teach and I think it will be so hard to be used still. People would listen more to construction jobs rather than on cryptocurrencies.
