You are very correct. Sometimes I wonder how these shit or scam coins made way into this space. Many of them do not have anything solid on their roadmap, whitepapers looking beautiful but no directions or proof of use in real life.
Yes, you are right, some Altcoins are worth nothing, I have alot of them in my Imtoken wallets just there with no value. Even some that are listed have remained on 1 or 2 gwei which is as good as worthless. Some Altcoins even the developers have given up on their coins.
Yes a whole lot of them worth zero because they don't have any thing they are solve and they do not add anything new to the market
actually there are many inverted marketcaps. so projecs are valued less than the funds they raised with their icos. this is kind of ridiculous. this also happens to projects that keep on track and deliver software and stay in touch with their commuinity...
That's true for many currencies, but I don't think that those that are in the top 10 falls into that category, many currencies have excellent utility so you can't say that their value is zero, currencies like NEO or Ripple have real uses, you can develop apps and ICOs with neo and you can use ripple for transactions.
Yes you're right they don't even try anything to develop their system but there's quite few alts that continues to develop everyday

Same opinion here, you should not condemn all alts only because a lot of people abuse erc-20 token creation to just scam people. There are plenty of real projects and some of them might turn put to be more disruptive than bitcoin itself.

Yes, I agree with you, and I think it is a logical consequence of an increasingly demanding market in which investors have more knowledge about cryptocurrencies and it is no longer so easy to deceive them, convincing them that every new cryptocurrency will be the next big thing that will beat bitcoin, generating profits of 1000% in a few days.
Therefore, as the market matures, more and more irrelevant cryptocurrencies will be discarded and perhaps in a couple of years very few of the current cryptos will survive the great purge that the market is carrying out now.

Thats true mate, most altcoins has no worth at all because maybe the advisors arent that great and same with how the project goes before and after ICO, maybe also the team had no idea at all in running a coin or the project itself or no investors coming in to have a portion of the said project.
