In summary, just don't introduce it to anyone that you know that are not capable of controlling their emotions because you'll never know on up to what point they can control themselves.

Because the time might even come that you'll be the one to be blamed by those people whom you've introduced gambling. That's not a new story and there have been cases like that they were blamed and made it looked bad because they've just introduced those addicted gamblers to gambling.

Avoid being the trigger of others that may fall into gambling addiction if you don't want to get involved and be blamed for.
It’s a certain fact that you might be blame in the future because you’re the one who attract and convince them to try out gambling. Although this can’t sometimes be avoided, but if you happen to attract someone, make sure that he’s a close friend of yours so that you can easily give him advices without the feeling of being offended. Or much better that never drag someone into gambling, unless if it’s his own will to gamble and prepared himself for whatever loss he may incur.

Everyone can get addicted to gambling, regardless of whether they are rich or poor. And when those people are addicted to gambling, they will only think about gambling and how to have money to gamble. A rich man who owns a business can also lose all his money because of gambling especially if he cannot control himself while gambling. And the poor can experience frustration if they don't stop before experiencing gambling addiction.
Anyone who tried gambling is subject to possible addiction. Many lives have changed in gambling, some got compromised their finances, got debt, sold their assets due to addiction, and the worse one is that they commit crimes (theft) in order to continue their gambling addiction. yes, there is no poor or rich but as we can see, most gamblers are poor people. I don't know why but some of them told me that this would give them a chance to become rich. Well, they have some points but the question is if they are really lucky to win the jackpot rich in the lotto.
most likely without us denying that almost the average gambler has different addictions, so apart from that there are also a small number of gamblers who are not addicted to gambling and only think of gambling as a job for fun. usually people like this tend to never get addicted to one of them, namely me from a small part of it. after all, being an addict or not, playing gambling or not is an option. When you get into gambling, it means you are ready to take every risk consciously.

- Be careful introducing gambling to teens, especially young male teens.
I don't know today, but several years ago when I was still living in Japan, I see a lot of old grandmothers sitting on the pachinko playing slot. Maybe they heard from a gathering of his friends and join together in the clubs, it seems possible that the old grandmother to become Gambling addicts also, because no one takes care of them at home, because they are not married and maybe their children do not take care of them anymore because their child was moved to another place and reluctant to pay a call them.
Addiction does not spare anyone or age, some were not addicted to gambling when they were teenagers or in their adulthood until they are climbing older ages. It might be as a result of many things which you had iterated some of them. And additionally, some are just bored or find themselves in the company of some people that see it as their way of whiling away time above anything else.

That's right, friend, anyone can be addicted to gambling and gambling addiction is quite a dangerous thing because it can destroy anyone who is already addicted to gambling, even with gambling addiction even if someone doesn't have money to bet, they are willing to borrow just to play, and even worse, they can commit a crime. to get money such as robbing, stealing or even extortion.
So far it is clear what are the effects of gambling addiction, it's just that most gamblers don't realize it and even take it for granted.
Gambling can only provide benefits for people who can really take advantage of it but for a gambling addict it is impossible to get any other benefits besides poverty.

Poor people get addicted to gambling very easily. Since they don’t have the brains to get rich

Plenty of poor clever people exist.   A lack of variety or experience in large gains would make the gambling larger then life so be more disruptive perhaps.   A rich person in theory is gambling a lower percentage of their net worth, a greater amount of wealth is not liquid so cannot be gambled perhaps.   The poorer parts of an economy or population tend to have far higher worth in purely cash positions, weekly wages etc. so in that sense more harm is possible.   Poor people also suffer most from inflation for example.
They need to stop and correct their views about gambling and let them realize that gambling is not an institution that will save them from the poor but instead, this will make them poorer.
And one factor that affects their mindset is the environment where they belong, if their neighbors are gambling it will surely influence them as well.
In every society people think that gambling companies prefer addicted gamblers or excessive gamblers, but this is absolutely not. A gambling company also wants professional gamblers to visit their platform more than addicted gamblers. Because addicted gamblers may survive for a few days then disappear but those who practice responsible gambling can survive there long time. Never take advice from them or follow addicted gamblers. So a gambler needs to be brought back from addiction so that he can enjoy the true joy of gambling.

- Be careful introducing gambling to someone who you know is poor and needs a better way to earn a livelihood. The person may mistake gambling as a way to earn a living.
Gambling could never be someone's primary source of income/livelihood. It doesn't matter if the person is poor or rich. As for getting addicted to gambling, it is more likely that rich people will get more addicted to it than a poor person. Because rich people have the luxury to spend like it's nothing. But when it comes to poor people, they have needs, and even if they win continuously, they can not continue to play because of other issues.
And in gambling, if you are in it for a long time, you will become addicted no matter what your status is. So it is better to take a break and give it some time if one feels like they are getting addicted.

Overdoing it is also a cause and people with OCD. It's weird but true. People with OCD will keep trying until they get what they were looking for.
Some People in some third world countries live solely on gambling as their source of primary income this information was reliably gathered by a well known collegue, due to high rate of unemployment some youths who are well versed in soccer delved or resorted to soccer gambling to make end meet and earn some decent income from it, however it's not that they are addicted to it, they usually place 2 to 4 accumulator games and wins consistently which of course pays their bills, atleast this is preferable than Indulging in crime and you can't blame them it was the fault of their government who didn't provide employment opportunities to them.

In another sense, sometimes someone doesn't introduce gambling to anyone, but other people can get to know gambling from something they see for themselves without anyone introducing it and then other people try to bet somewhere themselves.
like my friend last time he didn't have a partner he worked to get a salary only for himself and support his parents. he even once said that suddenly he didn't want to gamble even the slightest. but a few months I saw him lock himself in the room it turned out he was playing online slot gambling and when I asked him about what happened, he replied if he was interested in slot games because he saw some advertisements on social media and he felt interested in trying gambling and he learn to gamble with the help of search engines.

from this incident it is concluded that sometimes a gambler does not want to introduce gambling to anyone but other people can get acquainted with gambling through other media that attract their attention and start trying it.

We weren't aware of what is gonna happen tomorrow. Another thing people easily fall for emotions and for that reason even the strongest person could worry after gambling loss. Whether you're an experience, strong or have good bag of money doesn't matter. Gambling have got its own risks and it can cause series impacts. Finally the blame will be over the person who introduced it, better we can stay away suggesting just the investment opportunities.

The blame is on yourself. why blaming others? I mean, if someone introduces you to it and lets say you get addicted, why are you blaming others? It's your fault, though someone introduced it to you, but that doesn't mean that you blame them; it was your own will to play it on a daily basis that got you addicted to it. You are the one who should control yourself and refrain from gambling. Yourself is your responsibility; don't blame others.

The problem with poor people is that they have the more urge to become rich quickly and hence they have the least control over their emotions.
Due to this reason, poor people will quickly become addicted to gambling as they will never accept their loses and will do all sorts of things like revenge gambling or greediness while betting and gambling.
I know someone from poor family, a regular gambler, despite of not having a stable income managed to still have funds to continue his gambling activity. His reason for doing this is, he wants to become rich instantly by playing lottery and slots. For some poor gamblers, gambling is the answer to their problem because if you're lucky it can change your life for the better.

Anyway, I think it depends on each of us even you're rich or poor, male or female, if you don't have control you can become addicted. So better to keep it yourself because you don't know what could be the effect of gambling to the person if you introduce it to him/her.

I don't agree with OP but there are so many poor people still think gambling as a way to get quick rich. In fact, gambling should be for rich people who can afford to bet high amounts then enjoy  emotions formed with gambling. Some bonus hunters are blacklisted on various casino platforms because this is the only way they can afford to play on casinos without making single deposit in years. Just my 2 cents.
Gambling isnt really just for rich people but it would be understandable that it is something viable for those who do have the money to spend without compromising their life finances because they are really that financially capable but for those who are just average earners or joe's then it would really be an another story. Its true that there are lots of people who do have that kind of approach which they do really treat up gambling as a main source of income which is never been that ideal because it would really be giving the other outcome which is to lost huge or bigtime.
Making yourself get addicted is something that you cant really get out once you do get shackled by it and this is why you should really be that careful.

Gambling have no boundaries since anyone can gamble as long as they can handle their finances. But there are other over extend their expectation since they see some people earning huge money without even thinking the consequences beyond those things. That's why some people lose their hard earned money and some chasing some wins and get addicted to the game.

We shouldn't treat gambling as other means to earn passive income but rather think that this is just another option to entertain yourself on boring times.

They would want to eliminate poverty through gambling, so they will keep on losing money in gambling. Only a few will fulfill their dreams the majority of the poor gamblers will become more poor.

I wouldn't say all of them wants to eliminate poverty through gambling, just some percentage of the population but not all because many chooses to get a job or business to increase their status of living and these people who are into gambling do not represent the whole population of poor people.

Being poor does not mean that someone has higher chances of becoming addicted to gambling. Becoming addictive to gambling is personal choice and we need to have self control for us to be able to make the right choice. Someone becoming addictive to gambling is as a result of not being discipline that do cause it. We need to know what we are doing so that we are not going to become a victim of money freak. It is those that are greedy that want to make all the whole profits as once that are making the mistakes which can lead them to become addicted to gambling.
