Driver of the day, Sainz without any doubt. Today he has been a monster.

He managed to keep Verstappen at bay before the inevitable happens. I already expected that it's a Max win, but Sainz put up a show no doubt. It would have been Charles in the 3rd had the dude managed to keep his tires in shape by not braking too early or too late causing him to put a lot of wear on those tires. Nevertheless, it's good that the two Ferrari drivers are not clashing for placements, and the team knows that Sainz really deserves the 3rd place this time and not Leclerc. The man has been consistent throughout the race unlike the Frenchman.

I didn't have any expectation for a Ferrari driver to win the race. Moreover I even thought that the pit crew would find a way to destroy one of their drivers' race. But interestingly Ferrari had a good day this time. Pits were decent thankfully and this was really valuable for them to be on podium finally.

I really appreciated Sainz's defending against Verstappen. For around 15 laps he did a great work about that. If he didn't make an individual mistake on the start straight Verstappen would have had to wait for many more laps to overtake him most probably. Because Sainz was saving a lot of ERS on one hand while Verstappen was using his ERS to overtake him.

Still a good race for Ferrari. I just saw Leclerc quite slower than Sainz in most part of the race. I wonder what the reason was.
Yeah, Sainz managed to keep Verstappen behind way longer than I expected. But final outcome is same like always. And we have new record with Verstappen 10 wins in a row.
Fight between Sainz and Leclerc in final laps was nice to watch. Sainz managed to keep 3rd place, but most important for Ferrari that it was clean fight, none of drivers haven't done nothing stupid.
What I can't said about Hamilton. Yeah, he got penalty for causing a collision, but race for Piastri was ruined.
And that situation with removing Tsunoda car from track is ridiculous, but shit sometimes happens, he simply stopped not in the best place.

Still a good race for Ferrari. I just saw Leclerc quite slower than Sainz in most part of the race. I wonder what the reason was.

In fact quite the opposite,he was only slower in the first part where he had no pressure from behind him and he was saving the tires watching the battle in front of him between his team mate and Verstappen. He of course made a lot of errors during this race and it is intolerable for him to not overtake Sainz in the last part of the race where Sainz tires were already gone while Leclerc made them wear out by making mistakes one after another by choosing the wrong point of braking and this was the reason that Sainz ended up third today. He knew the tires were gone and even told to the team via radio "let's bring this home guys" a message which can be translated that please tell Leclerc to stop pushing against me.A race to forget for Leclerc today but only his own fault and no he was not at all slower than Sainz.

And now this time its the 10th. Max may had some trouble at the early stages of the race but then it ended up being something much different. I think its quite obvious that we are going to see Ferrari do a lot better but teams seems to have different levels of improvements all the time. We started with Aston Martin being great, not they aren't, then it was Mercedes, now not so much, then we saw mclaren, now not so much and this race it was Ferrari, lets see how long that goes. All in all I could say that its a fun thing to watch the rest of the pack, people complain about Max being the winner all the time but if you only care about the winner, you miss all that is happening everywhere else.

Crazy crash by Bagnaia, luckily nothing more happened and Binder didn't hurt him anymore, seems like the crash was not too bad. Congratulations to Aprilia though, if I'm not mistaken it was the first ever double win for Aprilia. Very nice.

What a f*cking Mess and the stewards here in Monza the same as their Ferrari team completely unprepared as Perez pointed out in the radio message that why they just didn't remove the car of Tsunoda. Now the restart will be in 15.30 and 30 minutes of waiting of course keeps the nerves of the drivers at the verge, let's see who is the more calm of the drivers and who will be more concentrated who will get the most out of it.Personally it brought my nerves to the maximum, the thing I hate most of the FIA is this, they keep extending the restart as much as possible,I don't know why they do that as the track is already clear from quite some time now.

Again and again Ferrari came up with quite a bad strategy, they had opportunities but could not have used them better. I'm quite sorry for Leclerc because he has to finish in 4th position, he should be better than that. And yeah Max won this race again easily, like the previous races, and I'm not even surprised by that.

Totally Leclerc fault at 150% not being able to pass that Sainz with tires already gone,he should have been patient just a bit more and Sainz would have been passed easily,he should have gone for the inside but Sainz asked the team let's bring this home and not risk it effectively asking the team to stop Leclerc. While they did not stop him completely they told him race till the end but don't risk it and this made Leclerc make a lot of errors in the last attempts he made to overtake Sainz which was again as I said totally Leclerc fault despite other circumstances.

Max made history today by winning 10 races which is the only driver in history to have won 10 consecutive races in F1.

I highly doubt Ferrari can win a race but as you say it would be a huge achievement for them to be both in the podium.Even this though remains very difficult to achieve as their team has often ruined their races with wrong strategy or being completely unprepared at the pit stop making their drivers lose a lot of race precious time.We all know in normal conditions Redbull is unstoppable and even in the race distance they are the best car on the grid,it will all depend on the first turn,if there is some crash which usually has been in the back of the grid things can change and precipitate right away with Safety Car coming in.

That situation is never clear. Ferrari, which has been disappointing in all races this season, may win this time. If they use their starting positions well, they can dominate the race. We cannot predict when an accident will occur or when something will affect the race. Ferrari did well in qualifying laps. It wouldn't be a surprise if they win the race. After all, the tournament where the same driver always wins the race isn't very exciting. Today we can watch a more exciting race than ever before. At least I hope so.

Such a great improvement in lap time by Sainz! I was really fed up with seeing Verstappen dominant everywhere. I was hoping to see some different things in qualifying session at least. Monza is home track for Ferrari so it was important for them to have a decent session. But I think they weren't even confident of themselves to take pole position normally.

I would have expected Leclerc to do better than Sainz but the other way around happened. But when it comes to the race I'm not so hopeful about Ferrari drivers. It is actually due to the team rather than Sainz and Leclerc. But hopefully the team surprise me at least in Italy to have a successful race. Even if they don't get a win being on podium with both drivers would also be a wonderful work.

Yesterday's Catalunya MotoGP Sprint Race was quite fierce with a battle between Ducati and Aprilia where Maverick Vinales himself almost got a second podium even though he had to settle for being in third place because he didn't have time to overtake Bagnaia who was in second place. And in today's WUP session the Aprilia duo also dominated the front row so there is a possibility that Aprilia can win again today because yesterday it was very clear that the Aprilia motorbike had very good balance on the Catalunya circuit. Now I will watch Moto2 first while waiting for the Catalunya MotoGP Race.

Pole position for Ferrari.

Whatever. Max will have an easy win if nothing happens to him.

Great drive by Sainz but just a thousand of a second faster than Verstappen meaning most likely it will be possible for Redbull to win an easy race tomorrow as we know that in the race distance Redbull makes the difference.Max should be very careful tomorrow to not try and win since the first corner as this can pose a big risk to him,he can risk getting out or crash and that would ruin his try to become the first driver in F1 history to win 10 consecutive races.I am sure though that Max is mature enough to know that and to try at all cost to avoid it,he knows very well with the car he has,he should be patient and soon in the race he can overcome any car.

Finally Carlos Sainz makes the pole and confirm what he was doing on freepractice, good to Ferrari to at least catch some fresh air in this new/old crisis they have. The main question right now is, can they maintain this pace on the race? I dont really thing so.

Bad qualy for Mercedes and Aston Martin.

even if honda wants to catch up with european manufacturers, it will certainly cost them a lot of money, which could be a problem for honda. they also need to send their engineering to europe to be able to study the technology there and apply it to their motorbikes and develop them further. not to mention that they need further testing and repairs here and there, so there are a lot of things that honda needs to do and are not sure that they will be completed in the next 2 or 3 years.

All of that is technical work to develop motorbikes to be more competitive, yes of course there are costs involved because this is MotoGP which is a world motorbike race. So it's clear that nothing is free here and we can see from today's Catalunya MotoGP qualifying results that there is only one Japanese motorbike that has qualified for Q2, namely Marc Marquez.

He got that result when towing Jack Miller during Q1 and all the other Japanese motorbikes were outside the top fifteen. Soon there will be a Sprint race in Catalunya and it looks like it will be very exciting because Aprilia is again showing its strength in Catalunya even though Bagnaia succeeded in becoming Pole Position today.

The last practice which finished just now showed that Sainz is in the top spot and Verstappen is just there, maybe we will have a different pole winner here compared to these last races which will not be Verstappen but for the race I have absolutely no doubt,in the race distance is what makes Redbull cars perfect, they keep closing the gap if they are behind and win the race,if I am not mistaken it was in a race like that last year that Verstappen won after starting 14th,I mean the track layout were of high speed straights not that he won here from 14th place. This should keep all of our hopes low as who will win the race but of course surprise events are welcome in a F1 race.
