This one a good race compared to other Monaco races as the few last races here has not been eventful. This one yesterday was beautiful with many things that happened yesterday.I am sorry for Leclerc as the race would have been more beautiful with him being in the fight for the top positions.

I reckon Ferrari needs to drop their championship roadmap for this year and begin practicing technical improvements and strategies that they can use next year. Also, demote Mattia Binotto back to chief technical officer.

It was a good race, even if we didn't saw many overtaking attempts. Monaco track is just to narrow and cars are too wide. It was very difficult win of Hamilton because his tyres was in poor condition for very long time and probably in any other track he would lose 1st position because he didn't had pace today. Mercedes also failed a bit with Bottas by piting him on the same lap as Hamilton - it cost them 2nd position. A bit sad for Verstappen - he was driver of the day, but that 5 second penalty means that he didn't even finnished on the podium.
After failure in qualification, today Leclerc had nothing to lose and he risked a lot. But when he got puncture tyre, he had to drive slower to save his car.

Hamilton pulled of an impossible victory in yesterday’s race which normally we see only in movies, in the end it did boil down to his never give up attitude. I don’t know what Mercedes were thinking about those tyres, but they had lots of Luck and Hamilton driving skills to thank for their surprise victory. There would have been a death of a Marshal in yesterday’s race but, thankfully Sergio managed to brake in time and save him.

Rest in peace, Niki. Sad

How big is his contributions in Mercedes in matters of strategy and tactics? Will his death shake the team's performances for this year?
His contribution in Mercedes is huge. Don't forget that he was one of the main reasons why Hamilton signed contract with Mercedes. But as I know, due to his health problems he wasn't with the team since August or September of last year and this season Mercedes had to work without him.

Niki Lauda - true legend of F1, Rest in Peace. He had amazing life and career. It's unbeleavable that he survived that horrible crash and returned back to F1. I'm too young and didn't had chance to see him racing, but I recommend to watch movie Rush about Lauda and his rivalry with James Hunt.
I think in this Gp all major teams have equal chances to win this race, it just depends on who takes the pole.
True, qualification is crucial in Monaco, because it's impossible to overtake here. But it's difficult to talk about chances, first I think we need to see results of free practice at least.

It was a beautiful race yesterday with a well deserved victory for Bottas.I think that this year will be limited to a fight within a single team , Mercedes. We have seen in these four races that Mercedes have 4 back to back wins and this shows that Ferrari and other teams are not up to the game of fighting for the title this year.

I wouldn't say it was a beautiful race... Till now, the races are kinda boring with no real challenges between the two best teams. Ferrari seems unable to compete Mercedes and it seems they have lost the championship already.
Bottas' win was well deserved and Leclerc could make an incrdible race as well... But Ferrari management destroyed him with their strategy.

Another boring race and deserved double win of Mercedes. It seems that now Ferrari simply can't compete with Mercedes and they only have tiny advantage against them in specific tracks like Bahrain. Only good thing that Mercedes let both them drivers to race without team orders. I hope that it will contine throughout the whole season. But I have impression that Toto Wolf doesn't looks very happy when Bottas wins the race.
Probably most interesting moment of the race was when Ricciardo reversed into Kvyat - it's probably dumbest action in this season so far.

@LTU_btc you’re correct looks like it’ll be a repeat of last season where Mercedes dominated, and Ferrari only played second fiddle to them. What bothers me most is that Ferrari despite having the fastest cars are not able to compete with Mercedes, this ruins my fun when I watch the race. The suspicions you’re having are valid as I feel they’ll be more focused on making sure Hamilton wins the title, as they would not want to risk loosing Hamilton as their star racer.

Not just boring but seen already before. Ferrari is acting like complete idiot. Keeping on track Leclerc  for so long just to hope for Vettel to gain Mercedes drivers. This is becoming more and more one team show, not gonna say one man. I dont want to say anything else about race, boring but interesting in battle from 6th to 10th place. Later I watched TCR race and they are better they hit crash overtake each other and there is no team orders.

@LTU_btc. This will also be another boring season, I reckon.

Also, maybe Toto Wolff wants his own Michael Schumacher similar to Ross Brawn and wants Lewis to break Michael's driver's championship record.

This weekend we have Azerbaijan Formula 1 GP. Watched yesterday little practices and they had to many mistakes. First I was sorry for Young Russel he completely destroy his car after he took hit. Many made mistake and we saw few more crashes so this race no matter if this is street race will be interesting. Think that more interesting will be watch team take battle for point think first 4-5 places are for Ferrari Mercedes and RB Max to be on this positions unless they crash in race.

1000th race in F1 history wasn't very interesting. After great start Hamilton reached easy win. Again we saw team orders of Ferrari which didn't worked well for this team. Ferrari told Leclerc that he need to pass Vettel, but later when Leclerc was faster than Seb, Charles wasn't allowed to overtake him. It's great to see that Ricciardo finally reached finnish and got his first points.
Next GP after two weeks in Baku.

I think that we will see this problem at Ferrari many many times this year.
Leclerc is faster than Vettel in all the races till the start of the season but still he is said to let Seb pass him because he is the second driver in the team.
This tactic just drop the interest in watching the races.
