Snatch, Layer Cake, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Usual Suspects

In no particular order, however, I'd recommend Snatch first.

Snatch it one of my favourite films. It's our generation's Pulp Fiction to me. The Usual suspects is also great.

Well if you need comedy watch the ALI G show, you can find all of his episodes and even his movies on youtube,

there is season 1 season 2 and a couple of movies, the ali g show was so funny back in the 2000's because the people think that he is a real show host.

I heard a new ALI G tv show is being made now but i doubt it WILL Be as funny as before because the people will be more informed about who he is...

but omg Sascha Baron Cohen is ALI G, BORAT AND BRUNO. Hilarious!

Yeah, Sacha Baron Cohen is an amazing comedian. What he did recently with the "woman in a wheelchair" while receiving a Charlie Chaplin award was... Awkward but brilliant! It's getting tougher for him to do original characters though, since people know him a lot more now.

I'm disappointed he dropped out of playing Freddy Mercury in the upcoming biopic. I really want to see him in some serious roles as I think he's a great actor.

im interested in seeing the secret life of walter mitty.

I really liked what Fox decided to do with some of the film's marketing budget. They essentially gave $25k to a guy to go help the typhoon victims in the Philippines. They obviously aimed to make a viral video out of it, but still pretty cool.

I haven't watched a film in months as I've been busy with Bitcoin and posting on these forums haha. Got loads of stuff downloaded I want to watch, but will probably make a start on in the new year.

I'm actually happy to finally be done watching the pile of movies I felt obliged to go through! Now I can just watch stuff as I go along... No stockpiling for the time being.

Nest one I'm looking forward to is Wolf of Wall Street. The book was pretty insane and I've heard that the drug use in the film is second only to Scarface. Should be a good one, with Scorsese and DiCaprio re-teaming once more!

I just figured it'd be fun to start a thread to recommend movies to one another. With that said, feel free to share the good (and bad) stuff you've seen lately and if you want a recommendation, ask away!

As for me, I watched Prisoners recently and was pleasantly surprised. It's a very heavy film, but both Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal were amazing in their performances. Very well-written script, too.

Have at it!
