Yes, it will be open source and QRK should be supported. Will be needed some technical support regarding technical details of QRK support and support of donations of course.

Since is going to be my full time job if enough interest will be in MultiCoin.

Will be considered. The client will need to be light way as much as possible, since MultiCoin will be also for iOS and Android.
