Good luck to you too. With such many crypto you have in hand, I guess you will have a bigger chance of regaining your lost investment I'm due time. I emvu the likes of you who can put such money for cryptocurrency because I don't have that kind of amount you mentioned.
I believe in crypto. Yes I do. The losses you see are only paper losses and they haven't realized yet. These projects you mentioned are great projects that actually have value. Hold onto them. It takes more than a year for these projects to fully develop.
I believe that most of the people here are suffering the same experience as you. My investment of $50K now has less than half the value. I have been scared and disappointed, but I calm down and tell myself not to fear, waiting for market recovery.

I know some of your coins and they are promising for the long investment. Just be sure that you will face the very good day after making that decision. I had a similar situation in the summer. I was also disappointed. But winter came and all coins grew very much. My portfolio was even bigger than it was in the summer. Patience. Everything will be fine.
Holding your coins right now is the best idea that you can made because there are a lot of people today who are planning to sell their coins more than holding it which makes the price of bitcoins to drop even more.
