I beg to differ, these MT can be traded for real equity in Mycelium Wallet, so they are already very valuable.

Oh really? where did you see MT can be traded in Mycelium wallet?

I guess he wasnt saying:
These MT can be traded, for real equity, in Mycelium Wallet.
It was more like:
These MT can be traded for: "real equity in Mycelium Wallet".

Did SpaceX landed on Mars ?

Are you saying that is how long it will take before these MT are liquid or valuable?

They are planning to add support for multiple blockchains in new version of Mycelium app, including MT:

Here is explanation of why MT are valuable.

Anyone want to buy my Mycelium tokens?  I think I have 5.5 of them.

I'm offering 10 MT for 1 satoshi less than bitcoinrocks' offer

Any updates on status of MT ?  Does it represent a share of the fees from new wallet?

Please ban safvan from Local Trader. They're in India and have now opened 2 separate trades with me in San Diego, CA.

Hi,

Mycelium can not prevent users from starting a trade over your ad, that is why we also put warnings and the graphic up, to prevent users from talking anyone into sending them money remotely.

thanks for letting us know!

Love to see a thread this old still be active.  And I also want to say that Mycelium is a fantastic wallet.  I use a few, but Mycelium is always my go-to one.  Never had problems with it, and it's so easy to use.  There's so much BS in the bitcoin world that I've become very, very grateful for things that do work out, and this wallet is one of those things.

Well, since it was Saturday and our local "dealer" which accepts credit cards as well wasn't working(due to weekend), and on the local exchange the prices were still 20% higher(due to low volume) than the major exchanges , I turned to Coinify and bought only 300$ (their limit per account) @815$ (not including fees) , and a few minutes later the price went up by about 60$..

I don't believe you were selling @ 815$...

Obviously not.   Just like you weren't around to buy from me while it was at $1140.  Smiley

Well Merry Fucking Christmas , and you can't buy the dips..

So you're upset that a specific store doesn't want to sell particularly when you want to buy?

Take note, they were closed before the spike and the impending plunge.
Net result:  They didn't gain or lose.

Pick another seller.  Too bad you're not close to me.  Smiley

Is there a market for the crowdsale Mycelium tokens?

Crowdsale is closed and they raised 5300 BTC for it : https://crowdsale.mycelium.com/#/ , but I don't think Its available in major exchanges for trade. I found that Its available in BitSquare (which is a decentralized exchange) : https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/mt/markets/BTC but I'm not sure If its still there or not.

Android wallet question. Is child-pays-for-parent (spending unconfirmed inputs) supported? If so, will the fee be adjusted accordingly?
And are the confirmed inputs prioritised? So if I wanted to push small, low-fee, unconfirmed tx through, do I need to transfer entire balance to a new address (since I can't choose which inputs I want to use)?

It will link them.

What does "link" even mean?

I was asking how to generate the private key (xpriv) from the word sequence so I could import it.
The link dooglus posted will do it, and so will https://bip32jp.github.io/english/
Then you would have to generate a qr code from the text string that is the xpriv key.
But I haven't done that, because it's a lot of steps, poses risks and it's inconvenient.

The BIP39 tool will generate the QR code for any field you click on. So it's as simple as opening the page on an offline machine, entering your 12 word seed, entering the "Account" number on the BIP44 tab, and clicking on the "Account Extended Private Key" in the BIP44 tab to display its QR code.
