I'm am almost positive this is a coordinated DDOS by the pump crew, who ALL had Maza/Flappy/Tak/UTC (in vast quantities) in their wallets ready to send to Cryptsy once the markets went live.

Dear Mintpal if you cannot handle capacity for instances like today then I will take my business elsewhere to an exchange that can handle capacity as I am sure most other will because this is unacceptable
I've never seen it go down, I suspect the exchange that just added new coins is DDoSing them so as they get all the volume.
