Whilst there is still a big chunk of pre-mine, I think POS should not be implemented nor even being considered.

I believe POS should only be a serious option, and perhaps worth implementing, once there is no more pre-mine left.

... and maybe in the next wallet should think of adding staking to the coin it would attract new investors at a very low staking ....

That idea is being talked over already and maybe will be added later on, but then a special one for Guldencoin in a multi algo. Interest is always attractive for users, but total amount of coins has to stay the same is best also.

So, an idea maybe on this?:
When staking will be introduced, then the coins added to the total coins in circulation by the staking, that amount of staked coins can be lowered maybe at the premine part that was meant for distribution, by burning the amount of total staked coins in a month f.e. in the premine? So total coins will stay the same and people can stake and have some interest.

This coin should b in the the top 10 and maybe in the next wallet should think of adding staking to the coin it would attract new investors at a very low staking ....

If you want to destroy a coin introduce staking.
There is no succesfull coin that has stake option.

When can we expect the update for this?

Any clues?

It involves "broadening horizons" would my best guess be...

Guldencoin has the right supply to take over Europe. It's also one of the only crypto currencies thats been built by the community without proper funding. I like digibyte but even Jarod got 250k USD investment. Can you think what this team and community would do with some financial love or maybe that is a bad thing because then you have to listen to these investors. This is what makes guldencoin so pure!

This really sucks that the price never dropped below 350 this weekend. Why aren't traders dumping?

Because Guldencoin has more stablility than Bitcoin at the moment just look at the price.
People are starting to notice that all other coins go down when bitcoin goes down but Guldencoin has it's own show.
Traders are seeing this and seeing that Guldencoin has more potential in the longrun than Bitcoin.

Just be patient , people will sell. There is still people that consider 5-10% bitcoin profit as their ultimate goal in life.  Wink, if you don't want to risk keeping crypto on bittrex for too long a buy order of 400 will execute quickly.

Just to add to what MaNI said, for our new users we have 2 forums which are very active.

https://community.guldencoin.com --> Official
https://guldencoin.zone --> New community forum
http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=guldencoin  --> IRC channel

Just thought I would put this out there for those who are wondering how they can help the community grow.

The various private Guldencoin forums are great and I love the activity there, so don't take this as an attack on the forums or a suggestion to use them less, however remember that not everyone likes forums and/or not everyone is going to find the forums etc.
One of the ways in which a community grows and spreads is through people randomly stumbling upon them in various media (forums, facebook etc.) each separate media can be considered an 'entry point' to Guldencoin through which potential people can be recruited.

A good example of this is the IRC channel that I started when I joined, while it is not a big channel or very active at this point, we have had several people join it out of nowhere and become involved with the coin through it, without the channel this would not have happened.

To list a few entry points - probably not an exhaustive list:
IRC
Facebook
Reddit
Twitter
This forum
Other forums

Of these twitter and the forums are the most active currently..

Anyway, on to the part where you can help, outside of the forums our other 'entry points' are rather dead right now.
What you can do to help is to occasionally participate in some of these, it doesn't need to be a lot of your time, just the occasional thing every now and then, whether it be idling in IRC (or better occasionally talking), voting posts up on reddit, having occasional discussions on reddit etc. etc.
A more active/interesting reddit increases the chances of someone who runs into our reddit of wanting to look further into the coin, likewise for IRC facebook etc.

I have a feeling we are going to lose something substantials in Guldencoin soon....
And I think it's absolutely awesome!  Wink

Care to share that feeling you are talking about.

Nope, it's just an educated guess, but if my gut feeling is correct, it will blow your minds!  Grin

I hope you are right about your guess if it's that good. Grin

Why the fuck aren't people dumping, it's the weekend?!?!

A healthy pattern, i think.

The chart coincides with further decrease in trading NLG on bittrex, guldencoin will be stable above 400 by end of next month.
