If we are to be honest with ourselves do you see that happening in the forseeable future? With what is actually happening on ground, such as: Nigeria has placed a ban on crypto (yeah, i know it it not a thorough ban), but a ban of any sort shows unreceptiveness to the network, again we have gone on to launch a CBDC (E-naira) that is regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the handwriting is somewhat clear on the wall, and it is that this present administration doesn't want to have anything to do with decentralized digital currencies (as far as making it a legal tender is concerned).

Having said that, i would also like to bring another dimension to the discussion, our Nigerian Naira is losing value everyday as a result of inflation, the government would be seeking ways to improve the economy of the country which will reflect on the value of the Nigerian Naira, if we are to be honest with ourselves, Making Bitcoin a Legal Tender will not help that cause, instead it will further dampen it by bringing an alternative legal currency; because AFAIK Bitcoin can't help the general economy of a country. Do you really think with what is happening on ground in Nigeria what we need is Bitcoin adoption? If you ask me i think what we need first of all is a viable/stable currency/economy.

I joined the forum 3 months ago but I didn't find out about this part of the forum until yesterday, when I checked and saw that there is a group for Nigerians, the joy I felt within me ehn, omo no be small. After going through the group, read some comments, I felt at home here and I'm ready to learn from others (especially the higher rank members), make friend and contribute to the forum at large.

No be lie every newbie suppose know about this place and no be the work of senior men (old members) to dey waka dey  monitor wia newbie wey be naija person post anything. For example when I been enter forum, na this place I fumble and BrainBoss put me true sharp sharp, some senor men here also advice me say make I put eye for ground dey read back wetin other people dom post so that I go sabi wetin I dey do. I dey follow up and I obey that simple instruction, I never get wahala anywhere and I no go get. Make other newbies dem put eyes for ground,make dem no dey in a hurry even if water finish for tank e never finish for ground.
