how e go be say text books and handout are ran via NFT format? I personally know how many text books I don’t buy especially those from Nigerian authors that are pirated, photocopied and what have you, so do you think having a text book in NFT format can help reduce the high rate of piracy even if it’s to the nearest minimum.
No in my opinion too. There can be several replica of a textbook even if there are only unique ones with its tokens and private key to the tokens, but that does not stop others from pirating the originals ones, make students buy it because they have low price.
Perfer example is boredApe and Cryptopunks NFTs, when people discover say the price of the original one has gone up they started replicating/duplicating/editing the original art to sell it cheaper while the original one still exists.

Nope, knowledge is a continuous process, no inventor ever completed his own experiments, some died along the way, some ran out of ideas, so someone took it off and gave acknowledgement to the first inventor, so books and anything related to it are all copy and paste from one source to the next, there is no book / text without reference, even story books nowadays have reference, the NFT is more of a signed original document that is only owned or unique from others

example, consider the Bitcoin whitepaper. Sotoshi used his knowledge from other failed electronic currencies in the past to build bitcoin, and he also mentioned them in the whitepaper...

No man be island ooo

Take the example of Wright brothers, they never made an Airbus 380 nor any fighter jet like F-16. They just gave a shaddy concept that human can fly and that's taken forward by coming generations to build today's modern jet and airplane.

Every dead body on Mt. Everest was once a highly motivated person so maybe calm down.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
Crypto go kill naira the more if adopted officially. Check majority of us wey sabi crypto no get fiat again. Only when we want buy something, we go convert coin to fiat and buy. This means that if crypto is officially adopted, naira utility will reduce drastically and will make the value of naira to further crash.

We always buy dollar or other foreign currencies to bring in goods here. Na the main thing weh deh cause our money to deh worthless. If government like make them completely kill bitcoin for Nigeria, the naira go continue to deh crash until importation is fixed. Na so them accuse Aboki FX say na them make dollar deh rise and closed their site. That was when dollar dey exchange around 450/$ self. Today we know how much exchange rate deh. This government no serious at all.

But wetin I dey let you understand be sey, the naira as e day now is too weak and fragile. Wetin dey give am small backup e dey use dey survive na base on say na our legal tender. No matter how e crash reach, we go deh use am because na our own. But for this naira condition now, if you legalise another means to do international trade without using the said naira, forget am, naira go cast. Na my point be that.

Now back on the topic, the problem is not peculiar to just Nigeria, as of today there are only about 2 countries that have made Bitcoin a Legal tender, the thing is that most governments would not adopt a decentralized currency, for obvious reasons of course. Having said that, with the effects of the covid-19 pandemic still biting hard, causing a high level of inflation and devaluation of national currencies, making Bitcoin a Legal tender is the last thing most countries would be thinking of at this very time, because it does not help their cause to bring about a stable general economy/currency.
Coyster dey reason with me from the same angle. One day I begin ask myself why government dey fear Bitcoin and crypto to adopt them. I understand say, as individual those people fit like crypto, but as a government, e go hard for them to adopt the bitcoin.
Crypto get plenty advantages but yet disadvantages dey too.
Even if I become president of Nigeria today, the best I will do is to remove the ban on banks and stop all harassment because of crypto. But I go do wider consultation before I go officially adopt bitcoin as a legal tender if actually I will.

Make we pray for the right decisions because NGN is wash already, any further deflection on it will throw it into oblivion.

News reaching out today be sae the Central African Republic don adopted bitcoin as legal tender, em do become the second country in the world to do so behind El Salvador.

We get plenty start up wey dey look for country wey dey friendly to the industry to based and this go definitely bring job opportunities and revenue. Also this go bring about enlightenment to the country and this now all Nigeria dey miss by not been friendly to the industry. With all this hostility to the industry in the country by law enforcement agency and government yet we still dey on top now imagine there was some friendly to the industry, just imagine where we for dey. Nigeria need adopt bitcoin and they need to do am fast.
