You folks may want to take a CLOSER look at what it really takes to give stake in a company to customers in that particular country before taking their word for it. It may be in your best interest to attempt to get any type of refunds going or legal action (based upon your own due diligence from seeking legal counsel). Below is a post that gives some light into what it might take for A.T. to allow what they propose which based upon what their circumstances now as a company they may not be able to do legally. This is in no way financial/legal advice. Please seek the appropriate people for that if that is what you seek. Good luck to you folks.
I think questioning their compensation plan is a bit premature. I also applaud their efforts and have no intention of suing them for trying to give us an ownership stake.
To each their own. Based on their previous actions (or inactions) personally if it were my investment I would be trying to get anything I could get out of there as soon as possible.
To ignore questioning their compensation plan, in my opinion, is a mistake. It really goes back to what I believe: Anyone can say something, but it doesn't make it true or realistic.

Yes it has and the hardware is quite nice even if late. I have a feeling that these chips can be pushed and optimized even more in the coming months as well.
