Tonight I like the Grizzlies at home -9.5.  And I also like the over in that game currently sitting at 224.5.  I can see this one being a shootout, might tease the points higher for better odds.  Also going hard on the Clippers against the Jazz only laying 3.5 at home.  That's a light spread, I'm still not sold on Utah being a good team even though they started the season 7-3.  Good luck everyone.

Whew barely escaped with the Warriors covering last night.  Today I'm taking the Timberwolves-8.5 at home.  And I'm also taking the Nets-4.  They won pretty big last night hopefully they can carry that through to tonight. .

Nets was a push and the Timberwolves took care of business at home winning by 12.  I know it's a long shot but I think I'm gonna throw a futures bet on the Timberwolves to win the whole thing.  Yeah it's definitely a long shot but they have the pieces to compete and the odds right now are 45-1.

Gotta check out the games today to see what's on the docket.

I'm having my eyes on LA Clippers  vs Utah Jazz, I want say I like the value for Utah Jazz, but It's yet to be confirmed the availability of PG13, I definitely take my chances on the Utah Jazz if PG13 doesn't play.
This is the only game that I can bet live so I guess I will just put in my bets before the game starts.

4 games today, 2 early games, and 1 super early game. Lakers vs Cavaliers in 6 hours at the time of writing.
I will be betting on the Cavaliers. I wish this one will win now and cover the spreads. Cavs -4.5

-10.5 Grizzlies? Isn't this a bit too much underestimating the Wizards?  Cry I think it's because of the blowout game that happened against the Brooklyn Nets from their previous game and also the Grizzlies' home advantage.
Hard to bet against a team that ranks 3rd in three-point shooting. I'll take it.

Even with PG13, I think Jazz still has a chance to beat the Clippers. They are a slight underdog now but if you will bet on Moneyline, you'll definitely enjoy the big payout without feeling nervous since Jazz would always play hard and would try to win. As we can see in their previous games, their ball movement is very fantastic, everyone is a willing shooter, so they are very unpredictable.

Luka gave away the last three-point shot just to avoid a 4 point play.  Cry
My -3.5 for the Mavs could've hit but thanks to that it's a loss. The other bet for Miami Heat is also an L.
I hate to say it but I am on a losing streak when it comes to my early bets.

But I won't stop. Because despite that, I had been winning most of my live bets. Just like these ones.

Portland Trail Blazers surprised me with a win. I was watching another game when I took that bet. IIRC, it was 3.80 for an ML.

+10.5 for Trailblazers @ 2.00 odds is pretty much of decent value in my book, I understand they're without their best players, but that still doesn't render them as terrible as that line portrayed, I didn't even noticed that their ML value or the spread, I might not have taken the ML but I don't think I would have totally dismissed them to cover the spread of that magnitude.

It was a profitable night for you, so congratulations.

Stupidity certainly happens sometimes.

I can't even explain how the heck that happened. I am not even drunk while making that bet. Not a smidge of alcohol.  Cheesy

Anyway, most of the winners today are the favorites. Even the Milwaukee Bucks won without Giannis and covered the handicap.
I think it's just the Pelicans who almost have an equal winning amount with an ML and it was proven.
The game went overtime and that is where the Hawks won the game.
Congratulations to all the winners.

This is my bet for today

Los Angeles Laker vs Cleveland Cavaliers

Every time I see the Lakers against a good outside shooting team, I know they are in trouble. I am betting on the Cavaliers this time to beat Lebron and the Lakers. The Cavs always win this season when they are favorites, I am hoping they will keep that record pristine.

Los Angeles Clippers vs Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz is an underdog this season 8 times, and they were able to win 6 of those times. I am betting that they could extend that probability against the Clippers today. The Clippers though are coming from a 3-winning streak, and they are trying to extend it in the Crypto.com arena. The Utah Jazz is supposed to be tanking this year but surprisingly, they are winning a lot. Maybe because they are very unpredictable this year. I am banking that they can continue to be on the top of the West next to the Suns.

Do we have an early pick here?

Jazz vs Clippers, I think it's a good game, last game of the Jazz they beat the Lakers, so it should be a nice game against the Clippers because this team is a good team, better than the Lakers. Clippers' loss to Cleveland last game, they might bounce back but I know the Jazz would give them a tough game.

My pick on this game is Jazz + points. How about yours?

Yeah, I will also go with +4.5 with Jazz against Clippers. Although we think that Jazz should be tanking this season, it's not, seems to be the team has settled down a bit already with Clarkson becoming their prime scorer.

Also with the Lakers vs Cavs, -2.5 to the Cavs, if you are willing to take the risk, maybe we can go as high as -3.5. Mitchell is averaging just over 30 ppg, and then we have Garland and Levert.

My pick for tonight.

Charlotte Hornets vs Brooklyn Nets(-3,5) = Brooklyn Nets Win 1,90 Odds

Minnetsota Timberwolves(-6,5) vs Houston Rockets = Minnesota Timberwolves Win 1,71 Odds

My favorite bet is Brooklyn Nets.

Good luck.

You already your bet on the Nets, they won by 4 points, so your bet covered. Also, about the wolves, they are having a good lead already, so most likely they will win and cover the spread. Congratulations to you mate in advance, perfect day.  Grin

Good picks both handicap has been covered by both Nets and Wolves, he is lucky because Nets win by 4 points
enough to cover the handicap.

With the Wolves, yeah it's a comfortable lead which secure your win for both games,
another winning weekend with a lot of beers for you..
Congrats!

Cavs as well is a big surprised this season so I will go with them tonight against the struggling Pistons.

So on top of the East is the Bucks, but it seems that the Cavs are just ride behind. Although there are reports that Garland and Mitchell might be injured, but I think both of the mare going to play so -5.5 for them against the Pistons. Looking also at the Bucks as well, -3.5 is not that bad and maybe Giannis with another monster game.

I'm actually going the other way on the Bucks game.  Timberwolves are getting points at home and they match up well defensively against giannis and crew.  Taking Minnesota here.  Also taking the Warriors getting 11 points.  I can't see them losing in a blow out.  I know it's a 2nd night of a back to back but double digits might be too much here.

Good luck everyone!

Cavs easily covered the handicap against Detroit, 112-88,

Same with Milwaukee, they have a huge win against the Wolves, and again, plenty to spare as it ended 115-102. Jrue Holiday has a monster game same with Giannis. The Wolves are lead by KAT and Anthony Edwards, but only Jaylen Noell score in double figures.

Yup, the Cavaliers kinda overdid their performance today that is why the Detroit Pistons was lost by a 24-point difference. Jarrett Allen's hands are getting hotter every game! But man, the Milwaukee Bucks are different, and they are now 8-0. Giannis made a triple double again and leave KAT and Edwards in awe.

Next game is against the OKC and I'm riding them again while they're still hot from getting win streaks. Bucks -8 @ 1.91 .. GL mates!

^It's all Jamal Murray in the 4th quarter. I didn't expect that, I thought the Nuggets are still conducting restricted minutes for him. Surprisingly, it went well for him and he got so hot he even made a dunk against two defenders. I bet that will be in the top 10 of the week.

1/2.

GSW. Erkk.
I don't know what is happening but this ain't the Warriors that we knew. 3rd quarter is the time when they mostly dominate every game but the Orlando Magic won today. Klay could've passed it one more to Jerome (iirc) at the right corner but he decided to shoot it. Well, it will be a different story if it went in.

Yeah, as I have been speculating, and it's good that I have skip the Warriors game, that they have problems getting a win now. Although their big 4 score huge numbers specially Curry, Not enough, now we can see how the second unit last year was better as compare to their line up. Kuminga ang Moody is a no show. And Klay has been playing good in this game and the most important shot, he missed it.

Good for you skipping the warriors' game. It was unexpected, like the post above you said,

Warriors mostly dominated the 2nd half and they are really good at maintaining their leads, but both the game
against Heat and Magic, they messed it up in the last few minutes.

But Kudos to the Magic, they really play hard today which gave them the win against the defending champ.

Warriors suddenly belong to the teams that are struggling now, the Lakers, Warriors, and Nets, they are supposed to be the favorites but look at where they are now. For the Warriors, I know they can solve this problem and if they will continue to struggle, that will only make their odds better.

As of now, they are still 4.00 the top favorite to win in the West.

Yes, the Warriors are clearly struggling and that is evident even if Curry will take some heavy load just to carry the team, but they're somehow different now because they are just a team that are mostly consisted by an offensive player. Letting GP2 and Porter go did made the team more vulnerable as they are now much weaker in defense. That might be the reason why the Warriors now suffered five straight losses.

New York Knicks vs Boston Celtics

Both teams are coming off a win in their last game, but I believe the Celtics are the one who will have a streak in here. Jalen Brown and Jason Tatum are hot against the Bulls and that could spill over in Madison Square Garden. I am sure Brunson and Barrett can give them problems, but Brown and Tatum are a better pair against these two.

Milwaukee Bucks vs Oklahoma City Thunder

I am riding the winning streak of the Milwaukee Bucks in here. They seemed to be unbeatable this season, especially from a team coming from the east. Giannis is very dominating and seemed to be peaking this season. This guy is unstoppable right now.

That was so easy because the Cavaliers improve a lot this season, they win this game even without Mitchell, that's something to watch out for in the playoffs because they will improve more. The wolves are good but Bucks have been consistently winning games this season, still undefeated after that game, so it's not a good idea not to back them every time they play.

Giannis with triple double contribution, that's what a complete player is.

Blazers vs Suns going to have a rematch.

Suns is -10 but they lose on their game yesterday, so I think I again will back the Blazers ML, who knows, they'll strike two in a row. I know it's hard to win but looking at the spread now, Blazers spread is very attractive and of course ML as well.
I will take the live betting for this one again.  Cheesy
Will wait for the Phoenix Suns to get some lead and take the Blazers with a big handicap. I just hope it happens early.

Also, Pelicans vs Hawks, I think that one is really good, of course I like the home team.
I like the Pelicans more in this bout. Brandon Ingram is back and I think one game should be enough to get him going again.
They may be exhausted but their roster is deep enough to match the Hawks.
I don't see any injury reports so I am guessing they will use them even after playing with the Warriors. Well, they are young.
Pelicans ML

Brooklyn Nets are still superdogs even without Kyrie. The Hornets are filled with injuries.
I'll take it. Nets -4.5.
