No games today, all of these are cancelled, good luck tomorrow.

And it seems like there will be games already by Saturday as per schedule since I can already see the odds available in my sportsbook.

https://sportsbet.io/sports/basketball/matches/today (only one game is listed yet).

Yeah, checked that too.

Maybe they will add the 2 more games later.
Let's be patient. (Although I am the one itching to put my bets)  Grin

There is a slight change with handicap for Orlando vs Bucks. That was -12.5 last time right? IIRC.

Edit: Just want to inform the Dallas fans out there. Betting for them will be a lot of risk. We need Luka to explode.

According to the Dallas Mavericks, Kristaps Porzingis suffered the lateral meniscus tear in his right knee during Game 1 of the Clippers series.
Porzingis was limited to just 20 minutes in Game 1 due to the injury, but he returned and played 36 minutes in Game 2 and another 38 in Game 3. The final game would turn out to be the Unicorn's best, as he tallied 34 points, 13 rebounds, one assist and five 3-pointers on 11-of-18 shooting from the field and 7-of-7 from the foul line. How much of a risk Porzingis is fantasy-wise next season will depend not only on his rehab, but also what the league schedule looks like. It's been reported that the anticipated start date of December 1 may be moved back.

Mike D’Antoni on Russell Westbrook: “He’ll go through practice today, and if things are normal, we expect him to be ready to go.”

D’Antoni anticipates that Westbrook will have a minutes restriction, but specifics have yet to be discussed.

NBA boycott: How players reached decision to resume season; timeline, overnight disagreement, owners' role

Great news for the NBA, and of course great news for bettors like us.

I'm not sure if they have already resume as I check in my sportsbook now but I don't see the line for the NBA yet.

I saw on the schedule of games and it was available, so I'm confused here a bit.

I also noticed that, as I'm trying to check the odds today there's no info yet.

Though based from the news players and managements already agree to resume the game tomorrow, possible that
bookers are doing some adjustments or they are still waiting maybe or hopefully they will give something even inside
live betting.

I also check in one my book - https://www.playbetr.com/sport, the games are listed but there's no line too, but I guess it will be available soon as I can see the lines listed in one of the forum I am using.

I'm just wondering, are other sports doing the same, or just the NBA?

Three MLB games postponed after Brewers, Mariners lead walkout to protest Jacob Blake shooting

For me, its the support and the difficulty to play knowing there is something wrong happening outside the bubble.
They cannot get out and support them in their protests for the movement but they still find ways to show the support.

I just read the news. It was because of what happened with Jacob Blake.
Shot a lot of times and he is not even armed. Damn, what is happening to this world? People just take life like its nothing.

Done watching the Bucks message.
Sorry, I lost the link.
All NBA bets are voided and I confirm that the money is returned.

did they mention any reason why games was postpone?
If you remember they are wearing social messages at the back of their jerseys.
In the middle of that is "Black Lives Matter". Another black guy was shot down yesterday.
So this is the NBA response to the justice system.

I made some further research and it looks like there's no information yet when the NBA will resume games.
Will this boycott last for weeks or what? I mean, one day is enough to show the world their sentiment, so we can see the games to resume soon.

I'm just wondering, are other sports doing the same, or just the NBA?

The situation is not good, and according to what I read, NBA games this Thursday is unlikely to be played.

source here : NBA boycott: What to know and what's next as season hangs in balance with owners meeting looming

Quote
1. Will games resume on Thursday?
2. Could the rest of the season be canceled?
3. Do some teams want to keep playing?
4. What has been the response from team owners?
5. What effects have the boycotts had so far?

All the answers can be found in the link provided above.

This is a bad news but some have benefited on this situation, one is the Mavericks as it will give more time for KP to recover, and hopefully he will get on the floor to play in game 6 to even the series, that's my only hope for now when the games resume.
did they mention any reason why games was postpone? I was shock also why isn't their games now live playing. I was so happy with the NBA returns now it stop again? Does the reason of postpone due to covid19?

Oh noh, what happen to plat off series?? Will it take to reset the series if the postpone will take long? Hope it will not for long because I am following the match between utah and nuggets to.which game 3 was so fun to watch.

Hopefully whatever issues and problems had been gone through with NBA hope that it will resolve ASAP and continue the game play off series.

Just a quick update for the bucks. They have decided to boycott the game against Orlando Magic to protest the police shooting of Jacob Blake, as said in the news. I don`t know if the game will be forfeited or they will just postponed it until the conflicts will arrange. Let us see what will happen next in the buck vs magic series. A lot of people are waiting their game, specially for bucks supporters.

No bets guys?
I am waiting for updates but I am still the last post above.

~snip~
All games postponed until Wednesday as Bucks won't take floor.

Yeah, I read the news shared by a poster in the NBA thread. Maybe we can relax a bit now after a straight betting, let's hope the boycott won't last longer we can see the NBA back in action soon. Good for Blazers and Magic as it looks like they have avoided an early exit due to the postponement of games. lol.

Thunder (no handicap)

I like Thunder too, they are in a 2 win streak, played well as a team, so let's ride with the flow.

I'm a little late to hear the news on KP but since i've already made my bet yesterday and can't cancel them anymore then i will leave it that way, +6.5 Mavericks and a little for ML. Anyway the Mavs have proven to us that they can beat the Clips even without KP and Luka is oozing with confidence right now and that maybe enough for them to take this game 5.

Yesterday, Dallas Mavericks Moneyline I think is around @3.2. With Kristap Porzingis being questionable, the odds rose to @4.1.

Worth to try. That's how Mavericks is being looked as an Underdog that even they even the series, their Moneyline odds never goes below @2.

Lucky Mavericks fan. It's worth placing a bet for them.

And now it's garbage time.
It's tough to handle 2 offensive players like Kawhi and PG13 while fighting on the other end is just Luka.
He needs KP on this game.
3-2 in favor of Clippers.

Who thinks it will go further to Game 7? I did. But if KP will not play this may end in 2 days.  Cry
Sorry Luka, maybe next year.

KP has already been ruled out. Doncic might also have some problems, even though he had a spectacular performance last match his knee wasn't feeling too good. My personal opinion is that Clippers will easily win this match by 10+ points. Even if Doncic will have the same performance as last match, Clippers are still a much better team that has lots of players that can score while Dallas is pretty much counting on Doncic and KP. I won't say Dallas can't win, if KP was playing they surely had a good shot but with him out and Doncic not being 100% it's Clippers game to lose

I took the over on Utah and Clippers ML for a 2.4 odds parlay. Good luck to everyone

Well, it's 2-2 so definitely both teams have proven they can win. I think this is either going to be a very close contest, which gives Dallas a good chance to win it in the last couple of minutes or it's just going to be a blowout for the Clippers showing what they are really capable of doing. Anyway, I'm sure it's going to he a great match-up. Looking forward to seeing how Doncic will perform and also Paul George as he's been quite lately
