Going with Lakers ML tonight and not just because LeBron is playing amazingly at his age but because Lakers do have something to prove this year and In-Season Tournament seems like the best opportunity for them to do that.

Odds fresh @ 1.57 because I'm really not so good when I bet on NBA even if I watch it quite a lot weekly so I prefer to go with a "safer' route.Grin

Here are the results for my NBA picks in Yesterday's game,

Memphis Grizzlies VS Minnesota Timberwolves SCORE 103 - 127 - WIN

The Memphis Grizzlies just got a great start but with just a couple of minutes then when the Minnesota Timberwolves gained momentum and got their lead in the 1st half it continued until the end so you can say that it could be a one-sided game, but for sure the Memphis Grizzlies have shown great talent with Jaren Jackson Jr. and Desmond Bane on the lead but it was not enough as the Timberwolves had a great lead that eventually got me a win with Mike Conley Jr. got 19 points, Troy Brown Jr. has 20 points and Karl-Anthony Towns got 24 points,

Oklahoma City Thunders VS Golden State Warriors SCORE 138 - 136 - LOST

This was a close match as the Golden State Warriors got the 1st half in a lead while the Thunders saw that they could not get past the Warriors at first but when the OKC got their pace in making great scores they eventually did make it in the 3rd quarter they eventually got their lead but it was a back to back as the Warriors have also gotten their lead again but if Stephen Curry makes the 3 point shot it could be a win for the Warriors as they have gone into Overtime it was a good close game for sure, and my only lost, Jonathan Kuminga is impressive but still playing 29 mins I believe he deserves a lot more exposure

Miami Heat VS Cleveland Cavaliers SCORE 99 - 111 - WIN

At 1st the Miami Heat was in the lead but eventually, the Cleveland Cavaliers managed to sneak in and get their lead into this game it was crazy as Donovan Mitchell is pretty much great in this game, George Niang has 13 points, Darius Garland got 18 points and Donovan Mitchell has a double-double of 13 rebounds and 27 points, was a great game that eventually the Cavaliers have point out a decision,

@danherbias07 - I will tail you with the Celtics over New York knicks but I will take the risk to get to -6.5 @1.80.

I like the pick though, especially now that they are -8... But... I'd choose the Sixers -9 against the Hawks. Eithe way, good luck!

Yes, everyone is happy with the Celtics winning and cover the spread, and congrats to your bet, Sixers covered that handicap as well against the Hawks.

For the finals, it looks like the Lakers are a heavy favorite here? What gives?

Do the odds makers didn't take into account the big upset that the Pacers did? beating Boston and then the Bucks? And with that I will go with the Pacers as the underdog here, @2.46 very attractive and I will take that risk.

And most likely we will see Haliburton again here showing MVP numbers. Maybe Vando or Reddish will be in his face the whole game, but I think he can uses his speed against this two top defenders from the Lakers.

Man, the Denver Nuggets really screwed my parlay by dropping one to the Houston Rockets. They made a valiant comeback in the fourth but it wasn’t enough to make up for the massive deficit they found themselves in going into the last quarter. Luckily I bet the individual games too, but it would’ve been nice to hit a 7 game parlay.
18-0 run. I saw that too. The whole Ball Arena was suddenly brought back to life but it was short-lived. Jamal Murray is getting frustrated with the officials for the bad calls and he was thrown out with seconds remaining in the game. Two technical fouls.
Man, it could've been the next biggest comeback in the NBA next to what the Dallas Mavericks did.

We have the NBA In-Season Tournament Finals later.

Now, which team is your bet?
My pick is more on the side of the Indiana Pacers. I don't know why but I kind of love the way they are playing right now. I like the speed, the tenacity, and the talent they are showing in this tournament. And, Haliburton is showing a promising future ahead of him. I doubt he will just give up even if they are up against a large team like the Lakers. Myles Turner's paint defense will also be crucial here, he needs to stop AD as much as possible.

I am going to take the Moneyline.

Tomorrow, folks, don't miss the championship in the in-season tournament.

The young team is going to face the King + AD, and they are +4.5 underdogs. I'm skipping that handicap; I want to go big and will opt for the moneyline. This team has defeated the Celtics and the Bucks, and I believe that's more than enough for us to convince ourselves that they won't go away without a fight. So, let's seize this opportunity while it's hot. Good luck to all!

The way you are disappointed confuses me. If a team isn't loaded with superstars, they are trash? You can have 5 of the best players in the world on the same team and that doesn't guarantee a victory. The players still have to play good together and not have bad shooting nights. The pacers earned their spot in the finals and are full of young talent. Just because noone is named Giannis or Jordan, doesn't make them a bad team.

How about this for a daily parlay today…

Orlando Magic beating the Detroit Pistons
Brooklyn Nets beating the Washington Wizards
Minnesota Timberwolves beating the Memphis Grizzlies
Denver Nuggets beating the Houston Rockets
Dallas Mavericks beating the Portland Trail Blazers

Maybe also the…
Clippers beating the Jazz
Celtics beating the Knicks
… but I’m less confident over those two.

Too bad, that could have made your day.... Sad Sad Sad

Actually, most of the favorites won and covered the spread today, so it's easy to pick, and probably many of us have won parlay bets today. Personally, I placed my bet on the Rockets since they have a good record of covering the handicap, but like yours, I also lost my parlay bet with the Raptors losing to the Hornets.

There are just way too many games tonight and I really can't get anyone to pick out so I decide to just enjoy watching the games and go with the last 2 games of the day being Clippers vs Jazz, and Trail Blazers facing Dallas Mavericks, I'll be having my picks once all teams lineup are confirmed, but a Parlay for both favorites ML is already in the books, Mavericks ML + Clippers ML @ 1.7 Odds.

I'm also betting on the Timberwolves and got the handicap because if they win, which is expected to happen, then 6 points shouldn't be an issue when a few wins that the Grizzlies earned came from weaker teams. They might not have the best ATS record on the road (2-4), but they already beat the Grizzlies a couple of weeks ago by more than double digits.

Bucks seemed to have a lot of issue this season, the chemistry is not fully polish yet. Although they won on some games but they weren't controlling the game like they usually do in the past season. The Lillard and Giannis tandem seem not 100% working yet, so betting against them when they're playing a good team could sometimes be a good idea and it was right against the Pacers.
I had the same thoughts when I watched some of their previous games. They have so much firepower in their team, but they're still not clicking and probably need more time.

J. Randle 20+ points / J. Tatum 20+ points @1.78  won

J. Randle has been on a roll lately, averaging close to 30 points per game /L5 while shooting a respectable 57% from the field. He is also coming off his best scoring game of the season, 41 points against MIL.  I should've grabbed Tatum at 25, he's been putting up ridiculous numbers against the Knicks, over 30 points in both meetings this season.

S. Curry 25+ points / Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 25+ points @1.64  won

Two of the three meetings between these two teams have gone over 250 points (game 1 even hit 280). This is also the second-highest total projected on the day, at 236.5, and i'm backing the two best players on each team to have an "average" game by their own standards. What could possibly go wrong?

Yes, I was totally disappointed with the Bucks performance, they have a good lead in the first quarter. But not sure what happen in the 2nd, it seems that the Pacers took everything from them at that quarter specially Haliburton's passed and that was enough for them to take the lead and win. Lost my bet on the Bucks handicap.

For the Lakers games, it is to be expected, however, it's vintage Lebron's performance once again.
I was thinking Pelicans has a shot of winning, or least the game is close if they loss, but man, the Lakers were on fire and just dominated them easily, it was like their impressive win on Kings did not count due to their non-competitive peformance.

It is a long break after this game so for sure I would make a pick and bet for this game, my bet and prediction for this game

Memphis Grizzlies VS Minnesota Timberwolves

The stake odds for this game are 2.90 for the Memphis Grizzlies and 1.44 for the Minnesota Timberwolves, for this game Jake LaRavia has an eye injury and is questionable if he can play for the Grizzlies, Steven Adams is Out for the season, Luke Kennard, Marcus Smart, and Brandon Clarke all can not play for the Memphis Grizzlies, while Jordan McLaughlin, has a knee injury and is questionable if he can play for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Jaden McDaniels and Jaylen Clark can not play for the Minnesota Timberwolves, for this game, there are main players for the Memphis Grizzlies that are not going to play for them while the Timberwolves are nothing compared to the Grizzlies that is why my pick is the Minnesota Timberwolves,

Oklahoma City Thunders VS Golden State Warriors

The stake odds for this game are 1.65 for the Oklahoma City Thunders and 2.30 for the Golden State Warriors, for this game the Oklahoma City Thunders don't have any injuries while Gary Payton II has a Calf injury and can not play for the Golden State Warriors, for this game the OKC is really a great team and for sure there is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander but for me, I can risk this all for the Warriors, so my pick is the Golden State Warriors,

Miami Heat VS Cleveland Cavaliers

The stake odds for this game are 2.01 for the Miami Heat and 1.85 for the Cleveland Cavaliers, for this game Duncan Robinson, is questionable if he can play for the Miami Heat, Dru Smith is out for this season, Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro, and Haywood Highsmith all can not play for the Miami Heat while Evan Mobley, is questionable if he can play for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ty Jerome, Caris LeVert and Ricky Rubio all can not play for the Cleveland Cavaliers, there are many injuries in the Cavaliers that are a main players for the team while the Cleveland Cavaliers for sure for me will be in a good shape in this game so my pick is the Cleveland Cavaliers,

Milwaukee Bucks - Indiana Pacers - Indiana Pacers ML @2.65
Los Angeles Lakers - New Orleans Pelicans - Los Angeles Lakers (-1.5)

Good luck everyone.
There we go. A perfect score. Wink
I didn't doubt the Indiana Pacers, I love how they are playing this In-Season Tournament and I knew they could win that one.
The Lakers on the other hand are a sure bet. Lebron said in his last interview that he loves competition and I think that fuels his competitive spirit which we all know how good Lebron plays whenever he feels how he badly wants to win a game.

Later, we have 13 games. Parlay makers, this is your chance again for x500 multi-win if you could guess who will be the winner in every game.
After that, we are going to the Finals of the IST.

Here are bets for the early games.
Charlotte Hornets - Toronto Raptors - Toronto Raptors (-2.5)
Philadelphia 76ers - Atlanta Hawks - Philadelphia 76ers (-5.5)
Orlando Magic - Detroit Pistons - Orlando Magic (-10.5)
Boston Celtics - New York Knicks - Boston Celtics (-5.5)

Good luck everyone.

Can the Pacers complete the treble with the final win against Lakers ? I mean they've defeated two powerhouses from the East in consecutive games Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks. Now, the final hurdle would be Lakers and Lebron, can the Indiana Pacers go all way ??

I'm more inclined that the Lakers would be the champion of this in-season tournament as they are a more experienced team than the Pacers though both have high morale right now but Lebron is a different beast when there is something on the line for him.

BTW, congrats on your win mate, will tail you on whose your bet to win the Finals.

I would agree with you on that, as they make the Pelicans look bad after the Pels beat the Kings with a good margin. LeBron and AD are back, and they're up against a young and hungry team, the Pacers. I think if Haliburton is limited, the Lakers will easily snatch the win. They have defensive specialists ready to give Haliburton a tough night, so I'm in for the Lakers.
Pacers have lots of young talent. They gave the Bucks a hell of a game tonight and IMO, if they can handle Milwaukee they can handle the Lakers. Young and hungry is what i see when I watch the Pacers play. I wouldn't count them out at all.
Haliburton is the key and there seem to be no stopping on this young superstar as he consistently bring his A game in his recent games especially against the tougher opponents.

Looking back at his numbers against the last 2 games.
Against Boston, he got a triple double with (26 points, 13 assists, and 10 rebounds)
With Bucks, he got a double-double with ( 27 points, and 15 assists).

Those are MVP numbers, his kid knows how to shine in big occation, so I guess I'll be with the Pacers here.
