I got a W here, it was fun and easy, thinking that Warriors would also win the game as they had a very comfortable lead. However, like we witness in the past, their opponents could comeback against them despite being down big time because of their lack of size and defense, and the Clippers were able to do that with a one point win, courtesy of PG13 step back 3 point shot.

Anyway, I still win with the handicap, but no games tomorrow, so let's take a break for a while.

Here are my bets and predictions for the games today

Los Angeles Clippers VS Golden State Warriors

The stake odds for this game are 1.48 for the Clippers and 2.75 for the Warriors For this game Brandon Boston Jr. has a Quadriceps injury and is questionable if he can play for the Los Angeles Clippers, Mason Plumlee has a knee injury and can not play for the Clippers while Andrew Wiggins has a finger injury and right now is questionable if he can play for the Warriors and Usman Garuba, has a finger injury, Chris Paul has a lower leg injury and Gary Payton II has a calf injury for this game and because the Warriors have injured This Paul for sure it is up to Curry and the rest in doing this so my pick is the Golden State Warriors,

Charlotte Hornets VS Minnesota Timberwolves

The stake odds for this game are 2.75 for the Hornets and 1.48 for the Timberwolves, Right now Nick Richards and Brandon Miller are both Questionable, and Frank Ntilikina, LaMelo Ball, and Cody Martin are games he didn't know While Rudy Gobert and Anthony Edwards are both questionable if they can play and Jaden McDaniels, Jordan McLaughlin, and Jaylen Clark all cannot play for Minnesota for this game right now the Minnesota Timberwolves is doing great in every game and you can see in the standings that the Timberwolves wouldn't need anything and in actuality they are number 1 in the west right now so my pick is the Minnesota Timberwolves,

Brooklyn Nets VS Orlando Magic

The stake odds for this game are 1.72 for the Nets and 2.17 for the Magic, right now Dennis Smith Jr. has a back issue, and is questionable if he can play for the Brooklyn Nets, Dariq Whitehead, Noah Clowney, Lonnie Walker IV, and Ben Simmons are all injured and can not play for the Brooklyn Nets, while Jonathan Isaac has an Ankle injury and he is questionable if he can play for the Orlando Magic, Wendell Carter Jr., Markelle Fultz, and Kevon Harris all can not play for the Orlando Magic, for now this is a close game but for sure the Brooklyn Nets I feel like there are still value with that odds so my pick is the Brooklyn Nets,

Detroit Pistons VS Cleveland Cavaliers

Won on Magic but you lose on Dallas.

Luka didn't play on that game but it was suppose to be a winnable game by Dallas since they are at home hosting a struggling less-Morant Memphis. This was unexpected as not only Dallas loss, but they loss like they don't have inspiration to play hard. 108-94, tough loss.

@freedomgo, sorry but seems like you had a tough day. Most of your picks didn't go your way, you only hit one which was Philly +6.5.

Anyway, these are just normal day on the office for us bettors, so let's focus on bouncing back on the upcoming games.

Speaking of upcoming games, I also like to share some bets to bettors here.
Warriors vs LAC rematch, this time in LA. I have the Warriors here +4.5 and to win SU. 

I got the Magic ML and took Dallas live to win, but I'm an idiot and didn't look to see that Luka is out tonight so my bet is probably a loser. Currently Dallas is down 14 ugh.

We have part 2 of Wizards vs Magic, I'm guessing it'll have the same result, so i'm talking Magic -11 hoping they'll cover and their hot streak to continue.

The Cleveland Cavaliers lost and it was a shocking game for the Portland Trail Blazers. They played really great especially Shaedon Sharpe who stepped up his game. The key to winning was defense which the Cavs did at the first half that's why they had the lead but they forgot their strength which is scoring in the paint and that's why they lost.

The Miami Heat game was kinda scary because the Pacers were really hot in the first half of the game. Tyrese Haliburton scored 28 points in just a half if I remember it right. But 2nd half is all Jimmy Buckets. Despite losing Bam Adebayo due to an injury, they still managed to claim a win.
Oh, and this is a sad bet builder for me.

Atlanta Hawks won but did not cover the spread.
Minnesota Timberwolves covered the -10.5 at just the right amount.

I looked at it and when Thunder manages to have an advantage then the odd becomes low so it makes hesitate to bet it because if win it will only give very small profit.
I was waiting for the Lakers to get things back together and have chance to win but it was all in vain, I didn't get anything from this match.

The Thunder victory was unexpected and they really played well, even SGA and J-Dub, who were the players with the biggest contribution to the Thunder victory, could not be broken by the Lakers players when the two players shot.
This was game that surprised me because the Lakers experienced almost the same defeat again when they were beaten by the 76ers.

Yes, looking at how the two team played this season, the Lakers could still be expected to win and look good, but the result was that they lost to the Thunder by absolute points.

Almost all of the Thunder players were able to work well in turning the situation around.
In fact they all looked very good at attacking to be able to create shots that could actually legitimately produce points, the Lakers were so far behind that they even seemed to have difficulty keeping up with the Thunder game.
At the start, I hoped that the Lakers would have chance to win and dared to bet on them, but when I saw what actually happened, this desire failed even when I wanted to use the Thunder as favorites Odds changed significantly.

On paper it was interesting but the result isn't.

Thunder just demolished the Lakers with a 133-110 win, Lakers is good defensively but it was the Thunders offense that cannot be stop. Although they are a young team but it's very evident how good their chemistry is, so it's not suprising that they beat the LA with the huge margin.

I hope you ddin't pull the trigger on that game, I mean betting on the Lakers is a mistake.

Looks like lots of bettors fall into the trap of Lakers game. They were +5 in the game, had a good start but weren't able to come back after a big run by the OKC in the 2nd quarter. OKC still remains a team that you can rely to cover the spread, and SGA always maintain a good shooting percentage, he had 33 in this game from 11 of 18 shooting.

For today's 9 NBA games my pick is Cavs over Blazers, Knicks over Pistons, Heat over Pacers, Nets over Hornets, Timberwolves over Jazz, Thunder over Lakers, Bucks over Bulls, Hawks over Spurs, Clippers over Warriors.

I've mostly chosen home teams except for the last three games: Bucks, Hawks, and Clippers.

Orlando Magic covered the spreads, Lakers covered it too by a lot. But the Phoenix Suns were defeated by the Raptors. I guess the travel affected them. KD did 30 points but when you watch the game, he is playing like he is off night. 11/30 field goals, 2/8 in distance shots, and one of them is a crucial shot that he didn't sink in. Also a rough night for Devin Booker, with 2/12 field goals, and 0/5 in distance shots, and he played 32 minutes. Ouch! They managed to keep it close thanks to the offensive rebounds of Nurkic and Okogie, they are not known for 2nd chance shots and yet that happened.

You gotta bet on the team that you believe will win. If Lakers are to win, you'll be winning with a very attractive moneyline odds.

As per the betting lines now, Lakers is +5.5 which looks very attractive since Lakers having Lebron is a popular team, and although this is a back to back game for them but that was a big win so I'm sure they didn't exert much effort here. On their win against the Pistons, Lebron and AD played less than 30 minutes, so they aren't too exhausted coming to this game against OKC.

I'm liking how the bookies have set up the line as it's almost look like a trap if you don't look at the stats of the OKC.

As for their record against the spread, they are 12-4-1 or 75% average in covering their spread. So either you choose to follow the stats or you follow which is the popular team.

Lakers will play tomorrow against the Thunder and it looks like this will be an interesting match because the two teams, if we look at their performance, are almost equal.
But previously, in the last two matches, Thunder experienced different defeats from the Lakers, who in the last two matches still had yesterday victory when they met the Pistons and their defeat when they met the 76ers and this was defeat by very large difference.

There is still hope for the Lakers to win the game against the Thunder tomorrow and we will see if D'Lo is able to have more points and make big contribution to the Lakers.

We haven't seen D'Lo scored big points for awhile now, he stick with his average production which is 17PPG, so it's quite surprising as he is no longer a good contributor for the team. Maybe he would get his confidence back, scoring at least 20 points per game would already be a big help for the Lakers to improve this season. As we all know, it's always AD and Lebron who's been carrying this team, so they could be tired also, time for players like him to step up to lessen the burden of the two.

Yes, and again, it's the homecourt advantage of the Raptors here that's why they played very good against the Suns. There are a lot of good defender from the Raptors that can shut down Booker, plus as you have said they are very tired from traveling so fatigue is definitely a big factor from their lost.

We bet on the Lakers though? They make a good comeback win against a low team in Pistons. But at least they will have to get this W to bring back their confidence. D'Lo broke for 35 points and almost got a double double with 9 assists.

I can't believe Booker could only score 8 points. He's a start who always bring at least 20 points per game but this game it looks like he was lock down by the defense of the Raptors. But then, I think it's justifiable though as they were travelling and winning games, possibly the fatigue factor for Booker took a hit on him that game, you can never tell though.

Detroit Pistons VS Los Angeles Lakers SCORE 107 - 133 - WIN

It was a dominant game for the Los Angeles Lakers and as I expected because LeBron James and Anthony Davis played in this game even though they got a limited amount of 29 minutes of play for sure the Lakers have busted the Pistons' D'Angelo Russell is stable in this game and pretty sure he got a great time with this game for this game LeBron James got 25 points, Anthony Davis has a double-double of 16 rebounds and 28 points, and D'Angelo Russell got 35 points,

Orlando Magic VS Washington Wizards SCORE 120 - 139 - WIN
 
from start to finish the Orlando Magic has done a great job and they never give the lead to the Washington Wizards actually I am really doubting Kyle Kuzma and against the Orlando Magic he was negated to just 23 points even though Deni Avdija helped or Jordan Poole the Orlando Magic got a great main player that is Franz Wagner, with 31 points,  Cole Anthony with 25 points and Jalen Suggs with 22 points,

Toronto Raptors VS Phoenix Suns SCORE 112 - 105 - LOST

This was a closer game but the Toronto Raptors eventually got the lead at the end of the 1st half Devin Booker was not in good condition right now but the coach still let him take the 32 minutes of game time, which is not a great thing even though Kevin Durant scored 30 points it was not enough as it didn't cover the spread, and the Toronto Raptors Jakob Poeltl got 17 points, Precious Achiuwa has a double-double of 10 rebounds and 14 points, Pascal Siakam got 22 points and Scottie Barnes got 23 points winning the game against the Phoenix Suns,

I was hoping the Suns winning streak continued but they let us both down tonight. Booker with only 8 points 5 rebounds and 5 assists kinda hurt. KD was the only 1 with a decent game.
