And how are you going to give the tax; is it by personal willingness or you sunmitigated your wallets for them to calculate your total income.
I think this is not necessary. It is up to the government to analyse the impact of crypto on their econony and then make their decision to accept it or not.

What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.
Hehhe, I dont know about other countries, but in my country it is not that easy to tell the governments what is your idea for them. It is almost impossible to reach out to the highest guy in our area and most likely he wont listen to you, lol.

It is impossible for governments to use bitcoin as legal tender, and even if it compares with the special currency, it will not be possible to replace the legal tender. Because bitcoin is a global circulation, if a government takes bitcoin as a legal currency, the government is likely to lose control of the country's economy, which the government does not want.

I think if ever the people and the government would have a talk about Bitcoin legal status, it would be a great help and a win win solution, If only we are listening and understanding each other's points of view and perspective, then we will be able to come up with a great action plan that will benefit us all, not just some people but all. Let us put aside our differences and talk, listen and truly understand. Bitcoin is a great innovation that can help all of us, but then yes, it will have a great effect on some businesses, plus, it cannot be controlled, that is why there are some people using it for bad activities so if ever we meet, and have some regulations around it, implement it to everyone, then I think we call all maximize the fruits of Bitcoin together.

If the government will make bitcoin as a form of legal tender, they will absolutely create a division that will mine those bitcoin. A government owned currency should have backed by several coins in order to balance the circulation just like what they are doing in the fiat. But I think that is the main problem why government coundn't recognize bitcoin as a form of legal tender. because they have no control over it, the inflation could happened in that case. Or the hyper price of each coin could be attained which will make new people getting hard to grasp in the crypto world.

The government will make bitcoin currency legal if the scam rate is greatly reduce or minimal and the government can see the need for adoption of crypto either now or in the near future.Tax on bitcoins and the vendors that accept bitcoins payment will surely affect the decision of the government in legalizing bitcoin.
nope, risk scam will continue to exist, as well as outside of bitcoin investments though fraud in investment will still exist anywhere. I think that will change the rules of government is the pressure of many users. when bitcoin users are getting bigger of course the government will start thinking to legalize

With the popularity of the blockchain, the government will change its attitude towards BTC!
Try to use BTC to trade with the government, which will make the government slowly realize the advantages of BTC! Slowly open the BTC transaction!

I don't think government not really know bitcoin, obviously they know for sure what bitcoin is that's why they banned it or make some regulations against it. I believe main reason country who banned bitcoin because bitcoin against their rules or maybe because religion or maybe they will get many disadvantage when they make bitcoin legal.

A lot of people are looking to implement this plan. But the government will certainly not agree to legalization Bitcoin at this time. unless Bitcoin prices become more stable

Legalising Bitcoin is surely a long procedure. Besides many Government isn't banning Bitcoin just for taxes. Their securities might be an issue. Providing security to an untraceable currency is what worrying the govt. I guess.
The possibilities of using it for money laundering are really affecting the deciding factor coming from the government, its not always about taxation but because bitcoin was once being tag to illegal activity and the issue of being anonymous not unless people also provide their identity using the KYC and allow the government to have the  copy of their transactions in the daily manners then maybe government will legalized it.

This is a very long procedure when governments will legalise bitcoin and it will get centralised globally and obviously we have to convince every person and most importantly the governments of every nation to legalise it.
And if governments will legalise it they will obviously keep eye over all crypto activities and then they will impose tax over all crypto transactions so all we can do to negotiate with government is that they will not impose such a huge amount over crypto transactions.

Definitely I agree with you that we should convince government to make Bitcoin as a legal currency. Bitcoin expert should show their regulations on how to use bitcoin. And show the government that it can't be use into illegal transaction. In that way maybe government can understand how good is bitcoin to be use.

Not in every country people can influence the government. I could even say almost nowhere. The task of any government is maximal centralization and regulation

Do you really think that the government is going to negotiate with us for a currency that it is decentralized and on which they have no control over. Also if they wanted to tax the crypto transactions than they would have already done so. They would have banned Bitcoin by now if it had been a centralized currency.

permit on condition and request permission of public use in the community using crypto. the problem is, who will be in charge when the currency crypto colabs. if there a party responsible if cryptocurrency colabs or accountable in every funds transactions, maybe at this time many countries will accept and allow it.

In our country there is no announcement or proclamation that bitcoin is banned here even being legal or a proper currency. I guess bitcoin would not be illegalize as much as it does not affect bad on the country's economic aspects, in fact bitcoin helped our country to economy rise as many of my countrymen invested on bitcoin and gained profit from it from the last year blast.
