There are lots of conversation and argumentation be made between the cryptocurrency and the government, so it is not easily in our country to adopt in digital money i think we are not ready in a third world..
What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.
Whether you agree or not to tax cryptocurrency, the government will find a way to tax people who are earning cryptocurrency. The moment you use trading platform, you are already been tax. The trading platform owner don't tell tou but they already add it in their fee. Although it ia not as high as the current tax compared to fiat.
Negotiation with government take time on how to regulate BITCOIN since its decentralized and volatibility, the major problem will be base on how to control cryptocurrency from a network which have many domain that allowing cryptocurrency.

Naive people. Bitcoin is decentralized and is not managed by anyone. Who can speak on behalf of bitcoin in negotiations with the government? Most states believe that bitcoin does not match the signs of currency. Most classify it as a financial asset, others as property (USA) or commodity (India). If people do not pay taxes in case of recognition of bitcoin, say, an asset, then the state with great pleasure will prohibit generally decentralized crypto currency, because as a whole it is not interested in it. States can well manage centralized national types of crypto-currency. 
maybe making a regulation for bitcoin user in that country is the best way to makes bitcoin is legal in the country, but there are consequences that your bitcoin activity will get watched and your income in bitcoin will taxed by the government, for me this is okay as long bitcoin is not banned in a country

I feel governments are interested in making cryptocurrencies legal because that's the only way to control over it. On the other hand, a government needs taxes to keep a country going 
It's waste your time to think about negotiation with government because they will never accept bitcoin unless they can control it

I think that as soon as the governments will see an interest in joining btc than even if you don`t want they would implement in the economy so to convince them we need to show them how can they profit from it.

I find it hard to believe that convincing a government is not just convincing one person.Especially when talking about corrupt politicians, they will resist raw bitcoin raw.
because if they accept bitcoin, they will not be able to corrupt.
Governments making bitcoin legit will actually make the world a better place, but i don't foresee it happening any time soon since the government always will like to show supremacy over it medium of exchange which could not be so with bitcoin and also bitcoin not even becoming legit has overshadowed most of our traditional currencies. So guess what the government is thinking of.... Kind of scared

That would be a problem. Not much of a country's population are supporting or claiming crypto to be that good. Who will fight for this. Right? So, I think negotiating will means nothing.

i think in this it will help to increase the cost of bitcoin in the coinmarketcap.com, since bitcoin has no third party we allow government to control bitcoin.
I think it takes a very long time, the government does not want to take risks when using bitcoin as a legitimate payment tool, they are afraid the currency of the country is not used anymore, because using bitcoin is very much more practical when compared with using FIAT.
Cryptocurrencies threaten the national currencies that they have complete control over. Why would they negotiate to regulate a decentralized currency on which they have no control over. I don't think that regular mortal people, would be having an opportunity to speak with highest ranks of governmental system those who Rule and creates a law system, in order to convince them that bitcoin is worthy and legal, they will count us as dummies.It is always depends in the people you are talking, and also depends on how you explain about the bitcoin, not all government are against in bitcoin some of them need to be clarify about bitcoin, it is just need a people who can explain to the government what the value of bitcoin really is .

Your idea was very good.But i think those two logic are not working to enough convince in country Government.Because BTC is illegal for a lot many reasons(illegal activities) So,if you can agreed to pay tax but then the government will not be willing to legalize it.
