Negotiations with many countries are certainly important and must be done, in my opinion bitcoin is worthy of being a legal commodity like the others so negotiation is needed to make bitcoin legal.
That's right, even though negotiation is not an easy thing but it needs to be done, because there are still a lot of polemics about bitcoin, there are parties that support and some are against it, so if all parties can support it it will definitely be something extraordinary

Indian Government will not make bitcoin as legal currency because it's not under control of Indian government but it is also good that government anmoince bitcoin trading legal and charge tax as capital gain.

The government will still come to this, but it will be a very long way since bitcoin is not very stable so far.

It is not so easy to deal with government as long as government itself start understanding the advantages of bit coin or the majority of the country support it.

It feels very difficult to convince the government, to make bitcoin a global currency. For some reason, maybe because the government of most countries feels that they cannot fully control bitcoin. Or maybe because there are other reasons, I don't know

What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.

How can they possible put some taxes on a thing that is so volatile? What if Bitcoin may lose it's value and governments would still issue them taxes?

The negotiation with the government will provide better solutions to the problems we are facing, for example we can negotiate with the government to support a number of policies to promote the market. growth

There are several concerns involved with regard to the governments trying to understand, acknowledge, regulate, etc Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. Tax is one important concern which the government is looking into. Different countries have different ways of taxing Bitcoin. However, it is not just the tax concern that is being taken into consideration. There are several others such as the security, safety, effect/s to the currency financial and economic system, etc. So I guess convincing the government is a hard thing to do. Even agreeing on taxes could not mean everything.

We all know that bitcoin is a decentralised crypto currency and thus there is no such proper authentic regulating body over the bitcoin who could keep eye over all the bitcoin activities and thus there is improper high bitcoin transactions fee and moreover there is also increasing illegal use of bitcoin so in order to stop this illegal use, the global centralisation of bitcoin is very much necessary, no doubt governments will impose high taxes over the bitcoin for its transactions, for this negotiation with government can be done but its centralisation is very much necessary.

Most countries have not been approved bitcoin therefore they cannot receive  tax from them because according to the policy of the country they have  not legalized  bitcoin as a means of exchange for good and services

Many countries have already started to tax cryptocurrencies, but I don't think most countries will agree to the legality of coins!

I think that negotiations with the government are no longer so good at the moment because I'm sure the government will be very difficult to give permission for the circulation of bitcoin, but I believe bitcoin in the future can be one of the most used payment methods.

lol one post is very absurd
I think what kind of person can convince a country to be able to obey so that bitcoin becomes a legal currency in that country.
Wrong understanding, look at America, you might be able to read the history so you understand better.

Good idea, this will give bitcoin holders the freedom to spend freely in their own country, and this will make bitcoin increasingly become known by the global community and maybe there will be no negative news about the crypto currency, because the government has also benefited from the tax of bitcoin holders

it is better not to be accepted by countries if they will harass us with excessive and excessive regulations and taxes. Bitcoin is fine as it is not necessary for the government because eventually people will use it and accept it as payment for trading.

Let the government see the benefits that the country is hoping for. I think that negotiations are more successful.

This is not an easy task to achieve. Negotiation with the government is not something that happens everyday. Let's even consider that there is a possibility. The next question to ask is; who will lead the negotiations? A very large percentage of the population in most countries has not even heard anything about cryptocurrencies. Among the informed few, many are not interested in the market. Then even those who are engaged in this investment, many still prefer to remain anonymous. So, apparently having productive negotiations with the government is not gonna come easy. Most of the change can come within the government. Or so I presume.

it depends on the government if they want to legalize the btc as a currency in their country. we all know that btc is banned in other country especially in china because btc has a great impact to their government and to avoid the fraudulent act in their nation.
