Thanks for your support. I would take a longer term view on NEM. Sustainability is more important than a short term gain. Since asset listing is coming soon, stakeholders can have a profitable and safe choice to sell at least a part of their holdings if they are impatient.

For example in the case of NXT the simulation could have been used to find out, how the forging works and how it distributes the fees. That was not done - at least nobody had written so. (Or was that too obvious, when that has been asked few times
)Nxt works fine. The point of forging is not to be "fair" but to secure the network -- that's what mining does for bitcoin too. The question is whether POI is secure. We won't know until it's studied and reviewed.
Totally agree that security is priority #1. We're testing a lot of attack vectors to make sure that someone can't just arbitrarily control their score.

Anyway, that is not done for free. But for fee.
Maybe you have forgotten the many many discussions about "why to forge" etc etc

The things in the world do not work by the "#1" reasons/motivations, and there are many not so conscious motivations as you all have been able to read from this forum in the last days.
The original point was that the plain review of designs is not enough:
you can not check the security threats (eg. memory leaks) from the design
or neither, how well the network behaves in different stress levels.

Agreed but UP wanted one based on the info in the summary so it seems to me that it's exactly what he wanted.
No based on the full summary not just the allocation tab. Organization, idea, fundraising etc. everything so far. One person wants to do it but bounty is still open.
