they do plenty of slots on cryptos and max seems to love to be the one to say buy this buy that.. today he said to buy BTC, LTC, DOGE, DRK and of course the most wonderful maxcoin ... 4 of which are in serious downtrend.. *cof* fail *cof*
but thats not the point... it give exposure to these coins.. and plenty of it.. RT has a huge huge following, most of which will know about crypto by now.. wouldnt little old maxy just love to be able to say "ya i was first to say to buy NEM, even before it was launched"
but we need a good reason for them to talk about it.. if NEM launches and ether stays at highest bid price or rises.. we are talking atleast 12 place on market cap with out any software if highest bid is not dropped.. we have a community 3000+ strong... a huge amount of devs, marketeers, enthusiasts ect ect.. i think we should go big.. bigger then articles in crypto magz... we need to get someone from NEM on TV... on the max kieser report or better an RT report.. soon... if the highest bid of 60,000 per stake stays and price really does settle around there(hint to all sellers.. dont sell).. we have our in... all we would need is someone that could do public talking/tv interview.. and a way to get them there..
it wouldnt be to hype NEM up.. just inform everyone about whats going on.. why NEM has such a high market cap and be modest.. very modest.. dont say this that the other will 100% be ready at launch.. just that "it can support this that the other but its too early to tell when the release would be, but we have many devs so i hope not too long", "there are a few innovations such as POI so on and so on", the less its hyped and the lower peoples expectations of features available at time of launch are the better! we just need to find the middle ground of spreading the word about this project but not causing massive hype that could ruin NEM with broken promises ect....
could this sort of thing be done or would it be premature?
im sure if max heard of a coin that hasnt even had any software released yet with a cap of 9+million(assuming does stay at this level).. he WILL want to be the first to announce it to the masses! he bosts his ego-system.. we boost our eco-system..
just havin a brain dump lol
The idea of somehow being mentioned by Max Keiser would be great kodtycoon.
As you may remember, I have set a specific point in my marketing proposal which would address targeting specific individuals and even offering them a free stake.
Max Keiser would fit into this category.
Here are some other persons which I have in mind and which would bring an enormous value to our community, though I don't know how they would react to the idea yet. I have some more, but will list only 4 examples now. Ideally we should target to have in our movement 2 from every important field out there.(2 great scientists - maybe even from different fields of science, 2 great entrepreneurs, 2 great artists/designers, etc).
Kevin Rose - Robert Kevin Rose (born February 21, 1977) is a former American Internet entrepreneur who co-founded Revision3, Digg, Pownce, and Milk. He also served as production assistant and co-host at TechTV's The Screen Savers. As of 2012, he is a venture partner at Google Ventures.
Tim Ferriss - Timothy Ferriss (born July 20, 1977) is an American author, entrepreneur, angel investor, and public speaker. In 2007, he published The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich, which was a No. 1 New York Times bestseller, a No. 1 Wall Street Journal bestseller, and a USA Today bestseller. The 4-Hour Workweek has made the Best Seller List for 7 consecutive years from 2007 to 2013. In 2010, he followed up with The 4-Hour Body, which was another No. 1 New York Times bestseller.[10] Ferriss's third book, The 4-Hour Chef, was released in November 2012 and was a No. 1 Wall Street Journal bestseller. Ferriss is also an angel investor or an advisor to Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Evernote, and Uber, among other companies.
CEO of Overstook.com - Patrick M. Byrne (born 1962, Fort Wayne, Indiana,) is an American entrepreneur, e-commerce pioneer, CEO and chairman of Overstock.com. In 1999, Byrne took control of the company, then called D2: Discounts Direct, and changed its name to Overstock. He had previously served shorter terms leading two smaller companies, including one owned by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. - From what I can hear he is very interested to test and learn more about crypto-currency.
Russell David "Russ" Roberts (born September 19, 1954) is a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution well known for communicating economics to non-economists as host of the EconTalk podcast.
However, I don't think it's the right time to target them now, we should have at least some launched product before we approach them. Don't you think?
In the meantime, I am making a list of great people we would like to join our movement and think how we could approach them.
