check your data and collect data from the OFFICIAL stakeholder list not the earlier one.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlidWok7hW0DdHVfeU1BRFVoZkJ6QTRvcjc2cTQzQ2c&usp=drive_web#gid=0

Some of your entries here are incorrect from my first glance. I did check for double hashes manually before. I could have missed some cases but likely not that many.

1841 tomahawkerson   1867 nembit86   8.72E+018 and 352 SyRenity   353 PeercoinEnthusiast have been dealt with.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlidWok7hW0DdHVfeU1BRFVoZkJ6QTRvcjc2cTQzQ2c&usp=drive_web#gid=1

there is
1841   tomahawkerson      8.72E+18
1867   nembit86   Y   8.72E+18

Do you mean that this case is corrected, when there is no "Y" in tomahawkerson?

I thought that the list contains only the recent stakeholders...

Thanks for pointing this out. I probably missed a step in making Thread 2. Will update the list soon. Noted for your contribution.

Updated the list up there.
Added IF(cell="Y") ...   10 account pairs dropped from the list, but still both SyRenity and PeercoinEnthusiast want to be there Smiley

When two accounts had the same hash but consecutive. What likely happened is that they sent the money almost at the same time and checked blockchain.info for the hash  found the wrong one. That happened in this case as both are veteran accounts and I have asked them about it.

Fraudsters often took a hash a bit further away to create a distance.

Pardon me but what exactly are you doing??

In your initial stakeholder creation anouncement you more or less encuraged every person that likes, to create sockpuppets, it was perfectly fine then and now you call them, that did so, out here?

Those persons didn't do anything bad illegal or nasty they just used what you offered.

Certainly I do not like people hamstering stacks, I self reserved only 1, but if I were one of them I would be angry now. The bad thing was your offer not their actions.

I am just passing by, and have not looked deep enough into this, so please forgive me, if I misunderstand what you are doing, BUT:

THIS IS GREAT!
As a side effect of your NEM-project, you have created ... something like a honey pot ... for identifying clusters of sockpuppets? Wow. Kudos.

I think you should not only include those clusters of sock puppets which were only created for NEM. You will find older clusters of sockpuppets which are just recycled for this.    Because scammers might be doing the same thing over and over again with their mob of puppets.

A lookup service (or simply a forum page with updated warnings about certain users) is a possible product. www.sockpuppets.net or www.sockpuppetshaming.net or www.wallofshame.net  or www.shameonyounickname.net  :-)

Anyways, thanks for all this detective work you are doing here.

It's great to see you doing this. Wish you had listened to me back on page 40~ when I alerted you of this...

Would've been much easier to prevent than to go through thousands, but hopefully some will!

It has always been planned.

does it means that one person example:

1Ae6YxNMeJWtaLCSzQQe7Pqfb2MFRVbHH2

had made 39 new accounts to send money to become 39 different stakes?

That means over 1% of all NEM stakes?!

Different btc addresses in the same group have connection so in this case there are 120+ accounts.

let's pay careful attention in 120+ accounts in group 1. Most of them belong to group 3 activity which mean these accounts are made solely for registering NEM. Could Kooream elaborate more on the connection between these accounts ?

@Kooream: could you link the hash with account name ?

Could every bounty hunters link the sockpuppet accounts to their positions in the stakeholder list ? It is looking like a clam chowder now.
