A BIG BIG thank to excellent decision over the unclaimed stakes thing, that was not pointlessly discussed.
It shows NEM Devs listens to the community and react accordingly. This shows NEM in good light.
Everyone should take a moment to breath some oxygen and calm down. There is a tinge of frustration brewing in the air. Noone said dealing with all concerns of a community with decentralized views is easy. Is this not a main factor in making NEM great.
Is there a clear date set for Beta? thanks in advance.

I'm sick of voting for things that don't really make any odds..
If there is conformation that some unclaimed will be used for an investment fund perhaps we should organize that instead of having pointless discussions?

Besides if you already registered your token you don't need to worry about it.
If your stake is on the AE then you don't need to worry about it either since NXT accounts usually don't just get hacked unless you chose a weak password in which case it's all on you.

Well, I'm planning on giving out some of my NEM to friends who were not willing to invest money into it just so they can see it for themselves. Beyond that, I'm not sure yet... It all depends on what products/services spring up after we get a little more established.

new chinese generation doesn't even care anymore about numbers...we would care maybe if the coin it's named Fourcoin or something like that, but not because it has a 4 billion supply. All this discussion it's useless...

I think that it is time someone with more power/influence in the community to step in and end this discussion by making a decision. Unfortunately, it has gotten to a point where people are fighting instead of discussing, and that is not something I want to see at all.
If we could just get a dev to come in and give the final word on this we can end the discussion and be done with it, because I am really not happy with how things are going right now.
